**Role Overview:**

**Qualifications:**
+ **Minimum 10 years' experience in elevator& Escalator industry**
+ **Trouble shooting, major and minor repair works for Elevator / Escalator.**
+ **Diploma or equivalent education**

2.   Conduct extensive field service in remote areas, including long-distance travel.

3.   Maintain organized service logs and submit professional reports.

4.   Place spare parts requests and recommend required consumables that owners must replace.

5.   Provide emergency breakdown support and preventive maintenance.

6.   Work closely with the Service Supervisor and service team to ensure high-quality service.

7.   Support the Aftermarket Sales Team by reporting on customer equipment conditions, upcoming service/consumable needs, and identifying opportunities for service contracts.

Qualifications:
