Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Defining project objectives, timelines, and budgets for both the project and the construction site;
• Assuring project feasibility assessments and administrative strategy;
• Managing the project's permitting phase with local authorities (or with dedicated consultants), and handling possible communications and relationships with the relevant authorities

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other project management software;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D design, layout setup);
• Good knowledge of BIM methodology;
• Expertise in executive architecture and design;
