The Sales Team

Our Sales team paves the way to Property Investment success, providing expert guidance, tailored solutions, and ongoing support every step of the way.

We are looking for a telesales Relationship Manager to be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential investors in Saudi Arabia. Your primary goal will be to drive investment through our platform by engaging with leads generated from our digital campaigns, organic leads and their own network. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can communicate effectively, understand client needs, and provide tailored investment solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Dubai team and support the Head of Investor Relations on offline investment opportunities.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead Management & Conversion:
    • Engage with digital leads generated from social media campaigns and other marketing channels.
    • Understand investor profiles and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities on our platform.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional investment opportunities to existing clients.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing investors.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience with our platform.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to enhance investor satisfaction.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Dubai-based team to share leads and insights.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Investor Relations to identify and pursue offline investment opportunities in KSA.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on the real estate market trends in KSA and the UAE.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our platform’s offerings and competitive advantages.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Track and report on lead engagement, conversion rates, and client feedback.
    • Provide regular updates to the Head of Investor Relations on your activities and outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or financial services sector.
  • Experience working with digital leads and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

The Role
This role manages a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts across the Middle East, driving growth through strong client relationships and new business development. You'll identify client needs and, with our trainers and product experts, design tailored learning solutions-ultimately meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Client Details Global provider of professional development and financial training, specializing in programs for finance professionals, including CFA, FRM, and regulatory qualifications. It offers in-person and online courses tailored to professionals and institutions in banking, asset management, and financial services. Description * Engage with clients and prospects to understand their learning needs and translate into solutions that meet those needs * Position the company (and wider Group) by acting as a thought leader in Learning and financial markets * Manage your portfolio of clients through strategic analysis, relationship building and winning new business * Understand the financial markets, products and operating environment that our clients work in, to enable you to support the design of learning and development solutions that add value to our clients * · Convert opportunities into booked business through sales excellence; leverage off our internal resources to write and develop best in class proposals; pitch persuasively * Manage data and information closely and accurately, by using our Salesforce system to record and track your account developments * Produce regular revenue forecasts that are built from your pipeline * Effectively hand over programs to the relevant operational teams to deliver and manage, whilst retaining commercial oversight and client relationship Job Offer A successful 'Client Relationship Manager' should have: · High level of professionalism, integrity and quality in all aspects of the role · Articulate and excellent communication skills · Ability to create and position company's solutions through in-person meetings and marketing materials · A strong background in sales/relationship management, ideally within the financial services education sector · A proven track record in developing new business · Demonstrate a history of working to, and achieving revenue targets · Ability to understand client strategy to determine appropriate solutions · Excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach
