- Prior working experience in (or with) Nokia and broad understanding of Nokia business units, products and customers is highly desired
- Strong understanding of security infrastructure, DDoS mitigation and detection, application networking, SDN/NFV transformation, cloud infrastructure and services and mobile networks evolution, including IoT
- Great track record of strategic partnerships and alliance development with global System Integrators and cloud providers resulting in exceeding annual targets and MBOs
- Vast hands-on experience developing, structuring and closing large international business contracts

Missions & Responsibilities
- Promotes and sells a dedicated portfolio for potential opportunities
- Takes in orders (sales function), through actions ranging from pre-sales in cooperation with the KAMs/CDs and Business Development teams, up to the end stages of sales finalization;
- In charge of summarizing and monitoring sales forecasts;
- Promotes and sells a dedicated portfolio. Manages the overall sale process including, change requests and partners;
- Runs sales teams and ensures that the necessary interaction takes place with the Countries, in particular through Opportunity pipeline Reviews, Sitcom meetings and Business Forums;
- Supports the definition of the sales strategy for a project or, more broadly speaking, the sales approach in relation to a specific customer, working in conjunction with the KAM or CD;
- Ensures customer satisfaction in cooperation with the KAM, through appropriate initiatives, addressing problems and complaints on a case-by-case basis;
- Captures information on aspects such as risks & opportunities, marketing and sales to share in the Unit ( incl. with Bid/project teams), develops awareness of customer environment

- This role requires in depth knowledge of Electrical products like Lighting/ Junction Boxes and Panel boards.

- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience.

What will you do
Being a Regional Sales Manager you will
Promote and market Avigilons products and services within the assigned territory. The negotiation and closing of sales and execution of contracts for sales is handled by Avigilons head office.
Support Avigilons sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for Avigilons products and services.
Support the RSD KSA in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned territory.
Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional work, and track sales activities with channel, end user and distributor opportunities using Avigilons lead and project tracking software databases.
Source, qualify, and manage Integrators, and VARs Value Added Resellers.
Provide information to prospective customers such as our pricing, terms of sales, and delivery methods.
Provide basic technical guidance and product training to partners and end users to help them understand how to use our products.
Assist with the supervision of installations at end user sites, especially for key accounts, to ensure proper commissioning of the system and satisfaction of customer expectations and requirements.
Attend tradeshows and other marketing events.
Participate in the development of training materials for our products.
Provide feedback about partner and end user requirements to Avigilons other departments to help develop product improvements and new product releases.
Maintain working knowledge of competitive offerings and compile data on competitive products and pricing and report it back to Avigilons head office.
Identify key surveillance market influencers in the territory, establish contact with them, and demonstrate to them the superiority and utility of our solutions.
Frequent travel for business purposes to visit customers, colleagues and suppliers will be needed. Travelling is expected to be over 50.
