- 5–7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in large organizations or holding companies.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa processes, and Saudi embassy requirements for work visa endorsements.
- Hands-on experience with overseas recruitment, particularly from Asian and MENA countries.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruitment platforms (e.g., Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn).
- Strong headhunting and direct sourcing abilities for mid to senior-level roles.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- . Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
