Job Purpose

Provide technical assistance to Electrical Maintenance Manager & Superintendent in preventive and corrective maintenance, daily downtime, audit spares, and compatibility/interchangeability of obsolete spares. Implement TSR, RCA & RFIR recommendations and monitor. Review and development of maintenance strategy based on Failure Mode Effect Analysis.

Key Accountabilities
  • Interact daily with maintenance Supervisor/Superintendents/Planning/Operations/Materials Management to review existing maintenance strategies, workflow, preventive and corrective maintenance work orders and submit reports with action plans and recommendations.
  • Analyze daily downtimes and identify gaps in equipment/system troubleshooting.
  • Audit spares and determine compatibility/interchangeability of obsolete spares.
  • Motor overhauling and technical evaluation for service providers.
  • Prepare Scope of Works and perform technical evaluation for service providers.
  • Develop and periodically review SWI (Safety Work Instructions) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) to cover major and SHE-critical equipment and maintenance activities in EHSS compliance.
  • Implement, monitor, and report TSR, RCA & RFIR recommendations and assess effectiveness.
  • Record, review, and analyze all breakdowns in assigned area; enhance maintenance strategy to minimize root causes and interruptions.
  • Assist, train, and evaluate technicians; promote growth and internal succession aligned with Saudization objectives.
  • Contribute to in-house development of spares and cost-control measures identification and implementation.
  • Support internal and external audits and close findings per targets.
  • Inspect maintenance materials at the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with various departments and report/recommend maintenance implementation and improvements.
  • Coordinate with OEM, OPM and EPC contractors for spares/procedures development after management approval.
  • Ensure work complies with designed procedures and applicable engineering standards; perform regular checks.
  • Ensure equipment reliability, performance, and healthiness in conjunction with the Superintendent, Electrical.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or 3-year Diploma in Electrical (relevant field).
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in Fertilizer Plant Maintenance.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Establishes and maintains records of all inventory items, to show all pertinent data that may be required to ensure adequate controls of the Hospital Inventory.

2. Ensures the inventory levels are maintained at optimum levels.

7. Updates and verifies the Hospital stock catalogue as necessary, to ensure correct manufacturer/supplier information, packaging/issuing units and price/cost details. Submits this information to each department within the Hospital as needed.

8. Evaluates performance and trains employees.

9. Maintains statistical records on levels and value of the inventory and the volume and value of orders, receipts and issues.

10. Liaises with the Warehouse, Distribution and Receiving Sections concerning stock adjustment, disposal instructions, obsolete items and in -lieu stock. Maintains detailed records of all surplus and deficiencies revealed in the inventory throughout the fiscal year.

11. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.

12. Performs other related duties as assigned

**Education**:
IPA diploma in Hospital Admisnistration or other related discipline required. OR Bachelor's degree.

**Experience Required**:
Two (2) years of related experience with the diploma required.

No experience required with the Bachelor's degree (on the job training).
