About the JobAn opportunity has arisen for a Receiving Clerk join our Finance team at Jumeirah The Red Sea . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Receiving all goods and checking each item for accuracy in specifications and price, as well as corresponding purchase orders.
- Ensuring that food goods received are properly handled and all hygiene standards are followed.
- Stamping, dating and signing off on all goods received.
- Entering received goods into the system when necessary.
- Checking the temperature and transport conditions of vendors’ trucks.
- Creating daily receiving reports.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Holds a degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs at intermediate to advanced level.
- Has 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within 5-star luxury brands.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, leadership, creativity, and project management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.

About the locationSoon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. About The RoleAs a Receiving Clerk , you will be responsible for accepting, inspecting, and documenting all incoming deliveries to the Resort. You’ll ensure items received match purchase orders and meet quality standards while supporting inventory control and accurate record-keeping.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect all incoming goods against purchase orders
Verify quality, quantity, and condition of delivered items
Record deliveries and update receiving logs and systems

About The Role
