- GCC experience a plus

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-drivenOperations Manager to oversee the daily operations and business processes of real estate company. The ideal candidate will ensure that all departments operate efficiently, client relationships are maintained, and company objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, regulatory compliance, project coordination, and cross-functional team leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across sales, leasing, property management, and administration teams
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and marketing departments to ensure smooth functioning of internal processes.
- Monitor ongoing property transactions, leasing activities, and client service performance.
- Maintain compliance with real estate regulations, RERA laws, and industry standards.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, budgets, and performance KPIs.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
- Support project planning, launch, and delivery of new developments and listings.
- Drive technology and CRM usage for better workflow, tracking, and reporting.
- Identify areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and innovation.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on operational activities and strategic goals.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5–8 years of proven experience in an operational role within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales, leasing, property management, and legal compliance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in real estate CRMs (e.g., Property Finder, Dubizzle, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
