We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead and deliver strategic healthcare consulting engagements in Saudi Arabia. You will work with government ministries, healthcare providers, and private sector players to drive transformation aligned with Vision 2030 and National Health Strategy objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience from a Big 4 firm, a proven track record in healthcare delivery and reform, and strong stakeholder management skills.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Lead and manage large-scale healthcare consulting projects, including health system transformation, strategy development, digital health, operational improvement, and regulatory alignment
+ Advise clients on key healthcare challenges including clinical governance, health financing, service delivery models, and value-based care
+ Support government health entities ((Ministry of Health ) MOH , Vision Realization Offices, Hold Co., etc.) and private healthcare providers in developing and executing national transformation programs
+ Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
+ Build trusted client relationships and identify new business opportunities
+ Contribute to thought leadership and develop healthcare-focused market offerings
+ Mentor junior consultants and help build internal healthcare capability
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ 12+ years total, with 7+ years experience at a Big 4 consulting firm . with a focus on healthcare
+ Strong background in strategy consulting, health policy, public health, or healthcare operations
+ Demonstrated experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC healthcare landscape is highly preferred
+ Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field
+ Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
+ Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver impact under complex regulatory and cultural environments
+ Extensive experience with Strategy development, performance improvement, business modelling, change management etc.
Preferred skills: Deep understanding of Vision 2030, National Transformation Program, and Health Sector Transformation Strategy. Knowledge of healthcare financing, reimbursement models, and PPP frameworks. Experience in digital health, HIS implementation, or hospital commissioning is a strong asset. Bilingual (English and Arabic) is highly desirable.

The SEI Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the SEI projects throughout their life cycle to deliver defined project outputs related to time, budget and project quality criteria.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities- Conduct project planning activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan.
- Creation of project implementation timeline with collaboration between customer, GE HealthCare, and any other resources.

- Provide regular communications including project kick‑off, regular status updates, and project closure including regular customer site visits.

- Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures (internal & external).
- Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project's objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
- Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
- Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer.
- Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to control, reassess, amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.
- Manage the financial aspects of the project by continuously monitoring budget utilization and evaluating variance.
- Analyze risks and establish contingency plans.
- Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties. Gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained.
- Maintain project documentation and updates to relevant knowledge management bases; analyze lessons learned and share with the organization's project management community.
- Participate in the development of project management best practices.
- Obtain & Increase NPS scores with customers.
- Provide regular, timely and productive team and individual development feedback.
- Act as a role model for collaborative mindset across functions.
- Stay informed on cutting‑edge tools and technologies that may be leveraged to improve project management productivity.
- Education of Bachelor Degree level or equivalent level of education and field experience.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare technology - Specifically healthcare IT.
- Proven Experience within healthcare IT industry with track record of successful completed projects.
- Basic understanding of DICOM and HL7 as well as healthcare domain workflows (e.g. Radiology, Cardiology, VNA).
- Knowledge of PMP/ITIL mythologies; certification is a plus.
- Must be professional in MS office and PM Tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Knowledge of the strategic and operational issues of project management.
- Familiar with GE HealthCare SEI products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and customer management skills.
- Highly developed business acumen.
- Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
- Ability to perform in a high‑pressure environment.
- Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on business needs and priorities to go beyond the status quo.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and drive for results.
- Must be Flexible and able to travel 50%+ of the time and based on the project needs.
