We are looking for a talented RF/Network Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing wireless networks in real-world field environments. Key Responsibilities
• Design and plan wireless network deployments using mmWave technology.
•Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess deployment conditions.
• Deploy, configure, and test wireless backhaul solutions in the field.
•Optimize RF parameters, link budgets, and network performance .
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and field engineers.
•Work closely with product and R&D teams to improve network solutions.
•Document designs, test results, and deployment procedures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
•Experience in RF design, wireless network planning, or field deployments .
•Familiarity with mmWave, WiGig (802.11ad/ay), or microwave technologies .
•Strong understanding of RF propagation, link budgets, and interference analysis .
•Hands-on experience with networking protocols, routers, and switches .
•Proficiency in network planning tools and RF simulation software is a plus.
•Willingness to travel for field deployments and customer support.
