Ensure compliance of the DC and shipping operations to the quality standards set by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, MOH and the requirements of the ISO.

**Accountabilities**

Requirements Regulations:

- Conduct inspections to ensure that all the operational processes in the warehouses and shipping areas in order to assure compliance with the quality standards and requirements of the SFDA
- Supervise the Inspection of received shipments before they are unloaded from trucks by reviewing purchase orders expiry dates and temperature to ensure compliance with Nahdis policy SFDA and MOH regulations
- Supervise ensure and participate in daily weekly monthly and quarterly inspections by performing random inspections on the assigned warehouses to ensure the warehouses compliance with Nahdis policy and SFDA and MOH regulations
- Update the SFDA regulations and inform all the concerned managers as well as follow up on the implementation of the updates by conducting audits on processes to ensure updates were integrated to them
- Ensure understanding of the ISO requirements and quality standards by conducting training sessions in order to ensure that the various teams working in the warehouse have full understanding of the required compliance levels

Quality Status:

- Report quality status on a monthly basis by analyzing the data received from inspectors and controllers and compiling a report outlining the outcome and the proposed corrective actions
- Conduct meetings with warehouse managers and supervisors to report warehouse quality status and provide an overview of findings as well as the proposed corrective actions in order to agree on a plan of action for the correction of quality issues

Department Management:

- Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement coaching following up any obstacles provide performance feedback and conversations coaching etc to ensure the achievement of the set objectives
