Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
aligned with industry best practices. - Measure performance against in-house, national, and international standards (ISO, ESA, etc.).
- Review existing quality policies and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify weaknesses in processes and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Inspect, sample, and test products, equipment, and production processes to ensure compliance.
- Oversee
incoming goods inspection
and ensure received equipment meets required specifications. - Perform testing and fault diagnostics on electrical and rotating equipment (offline/in-service tests, visual inspections, geometric measurements, fits & tolerances).
- Prepare and approve

SAFE Maintenance Team

- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and corrective actions.
Education & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering
or equivalent technical discipline. - Relevant certifications in
ISO/QMS/Quality Auditing
are a plus.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum
4 years of proven experience
in Quality Control within the energy, power, solar, or industrial sectors. - Strong understanding of
rotating equipment repair processes
and electrical systems. - Hands-on experience in inspection, testing, and quality assurance for industrial or energy projects.

The QC Manager will partner closely with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Engineering to drive continuous improvement, maintain robust QC systems and deliver timely, compliant testing services in support of product release and facility operations.

Strategic & Operational Leadership:
- Develop and implement the QC department's multi-year strategy, aligning objectives with corporate goals and facility commissioning milestones.
- Prepare and manage the annual QC budget, monitor expenditures and report on cost variances.
- Define and track department OKRs, leveraging data to drive process enhancements and resource optimization.
Laboratory Oversight & Methodology
