RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management of all aspects of Quality across the breadth of their respective organization and the services we provide.
• Identification and regular engagement of key stakeholders to promote quality management and gather feedback on performance.
• Management of and regular engagement with their quality teams ensuring competence assurance, performance appraisal, objective setting, and sharing of best practices.
• Effective planning and allocation of resources (including people and budgets) enabling delivery of agreed objectives and deliverables.
• Driving the Wood Business Management System (BMS) across their organization ensuring that its application is effective and that compliance with the system is routinely monitored, assessed, and improved as necessary. Facilitate external BMS certification as appropriate.
• Ensuring consistent and effective implementation of Quality supporting systems across their organization (e.g. NCR, Improvement action, and lessons learned).
• Supporting tenders and proposal activities for their organization
• Planning and execution of risk-based assurance plans including the escalation of significant findings to senior leaders.
• Monitoring and analysis of delivery performance data, regularly reporting themes and trends to senior leaders, and undertaking intervention as required.
• Driving efforts to maximize margin enhancement
• Ensuring that quality is driven across the Supply chain to assure the right first-time delivery.
• Gathering and acting upon customer feedback ensuring action is taken to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:
The Quality Manager of a Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) manages the development, implementation and improvement of the Project Quality Management System in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, Client or PMO prescribed Quality Management System, or other legal requirements related to the quality of products and services. He ensures that contractors, subcontractors and subconsultants adhere to the project quality requirements outlined in their respective contracts, and as per the project's design documents and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the Project Quality Management System and all other related QA/QC responsibilities.
- Develop, implement, monitor and audit the Project Quality Management System of the CSC, Contractors and Subcontractors.
- Perform regular inspections to verify compliance with contractual requirements, specifications, standards, and quality control requirements. This includes inspections of installed elements and not limited to verification and validation of tolerances with the Contractor(s).
- Verify for all jobsite quality requirements including performing random and routine surveillance while maintaining a continuous presence on-site.
- Supervise the Project CSC Team to ensure that all project associated works are being performed in conformance to the approved Project Quality Management Plan.
- Develop, review, and revise where required project plans and procedures outlined within the contract Document Deliverables Register.
- Liaise and coordinate with the Client's Corporate Quality Management Team on issues related to quality.
- Monitor & Control implementation of CSC Consultants' and Contractors' Quality Management System.
- Generate Weekly Highlights and Monthly Quality Reports.
- Ensure the Contractor quality training and awareness requirements are implemented.
- Review and approval of the Contractors' Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Monitor & Control contractor and subcontractors procurements to ensure that any/ all material deliveries to site are in accordance with the approved project drawings, specifications, and that they are stored in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Develop logs and/or registers to record all findings, included but not limited to;
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs),
- Corrective Action Reports (CARs),
- Site Observation (SO) Reports,
Violations after the Fact (VAFs).
Review CSC Consultant correspondences and reports to ensure compliance to the approved quality management plans and procedures.
- Perform daily inspection of works to ensure that contractor and subcontractor works are being performed in accordance to the approved Inspection & Test (ITPs), Method Statements (MSTs), Drawings, and Specifications.
- Review and approval of all project related quality management submittals.
- Conduct weekly Quality Meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOMs) to be reviewed by the Project Manager and issued to the Client within 24 hours of meeting.
- Report all quality metrics and quality key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
- Preparation of CSC Consultants' Weekly Progress Meeting presentations.
- Provide advices to project teams on QMS and procedural issues (Submittals Review and Approval, NCR Closure, etc.).
- Coordinate with Contractor and Client Project QA/QC Representatives.
- Conduct Internal and Contractor Quality Audits, Prepare and Issue Reports.
- Support the Client's Audit programs to ensure consistent implementation and compliance with Contract requirements.
- Update and follow up closure of audit findings and all other outstanding issues.
Continually conduct assessments to ensure implementation of contracts and procedures in accordance with the Client's Quality Audit Procedure. A minimum of one (1) assessment with all subsequent closure follow-up tasks shall be performed in the following areas;
Repeat quality issues,
- Construction start-up stage,
- Outstanding issues are not resolved, impacting construction progress,
Any other critical issues.
Perform on-site inspections and witnessing activities at Supplier or Third Party Testing Agencies' on Site.
- Develop, implement, and manage process improvement programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, etc.
• 15+ years of experience in Quality Management in Building Construction Projects.
• Experience in using EDMS Software, e.g. Aconex, etc.
• Well versed with MS Office Applications.
• Good communication skills.
• Accredited ISO 9001:2015 Auditor.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure the highest standards of product and process quality across our organization.
- Develop, implement, and oversee quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvement
- Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Manage and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conformances
- Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and standards relevant to quality management
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining quality management systems
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) techniques and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using quality management software
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Saudi Arabia, as required
