Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Supervisor, located in Mekkah. The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee the quality control processes, conduct quality assurance checks, and maintain Saudi standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising quality control staff, analyzing data, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing improvement measures. The role requires effective collaboration with various teams to maintain high-quality outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY
To supervise and control all technical personnel in the technical department including supervising technicians, support staff, skilled and semi-skilled workers plus administrative supervision of all technical personnel in the area.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties
· Monitoring of the changes in day-to-day deliveries of incoming materials
· Supervise all Internal & External Quality related activities.
· Conduct activities in accordance with all safety policies, health standards, and safe work practices in effect at the job site
· Conduct Plant Trial mixes according to contract specifications and R & D Program.
· Sign the delivery ticket, issue an inspection report, or supply other evidence that the concrete batching has been inspected.
· Issue a daily inspection report showing all test results and documenting observations made during the day. Deficiencies and to whom they were reported should be clearly identified.
· Conduct customer requested testing on raw materials and concrete as and when required.
· Conduct Audits and review/analyze data and documentation (IDEAL)
Responsibilities
· Assign suitable technical personnel to conduct required tests on fresh concrete and ensure the tests are carried out according to Inspection Testing Plan.
· Report to Quality Control Manager in the event of product nonconformity
· Verify proper storage of all materials on a daily basis. All storage areas should be clean and free of contamination.
· Observe that the facilities, scales, and truck mixers meet the specified project requirements
· Determine that the trucks are in good operating condition and not loaded beyond their rated capacities for mixing and agitation.
· Verify that the scales and other measurement systems have been properly calibrated within the period specified by the Quality Procedure or referenced documents
· Ensure that a minimum of two specimens should be tested at the designated age for determining conformance with the specified strength. Additional specimens may be tested at other ages for information.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Diploma Civil Engineering, Geology or any science discipline).
Experience Requirement/s:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in the same industry.
Technical Competencies:
· QC Inspector & ACI Grade 1 Field Testing Certification or equivalent
· Solid Functional Knowledge (Concrete Designing and Testing)
· Advanced presentation skills for Technical and non-technical audients.
