To execute quality control processes, inspection, and documentation in order to meet project specifications and customer expectations, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Daily Operations:
- Implement the day-to-day operations assigned to the Quality Control Department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Review reports of the Quality Control Department timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
2) Specific Job Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic monthly inspection schedule that optimizes inspector assignments ensuring thorough quality assessments, efficient resource utilization, and alignment with project timelines and quality objectives.
- Review all project quality control documentation, including procedures, inspections, test plans, checklists, forms, etc. ensuring that they meet the project’s specifications.
- Proactively address and resolve quality control issues by implementing an effective escalation process to ensure rapid engagement and resolution by senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality control requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
- Review, sign, and submit QA/QC prepared by inspectors to clients, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review the Non-Conformity Report (NCR) submitted by the client and conduct root cause analysis, formulate preventive/corrective actions in coordination with QA Team.
- Participate in periodically audits by preparing the required QC documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Monitor and analyse quality control processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
3) Direction of Subordinates:
- Organize and supervise the activities and work of inspectors to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
- Evaluate team performance, provide formal and informal feedback, identify training needs, and implement development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence to relevant policies and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
5) Safety, Quality & Environment:
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical or any related filed in engineering.
- 7+ years relevant experience in quality control in the construction industry.
- Certificate in ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 is required.
- Leadership, communication, and documentation development skills are required.
- Familiar with construction codes (AWS, EN, AISC, ASME & Aramco)
- Certificates such as Certified Welding Inspector and Certified Coating Inspector are mandatory.

• Verify that tests, controls and inspections are carried out by contractors
• Verify the correct implementation and application of Quality Tools
• Provide specialist support to the PQM / QCM in interfacing with the Client and third parties
• Verify the correct application and, whenever necessary, the update of site Quality Control Plans/procedures
• Ensure training of Site Personnel on QC topics
• Verify proper Non Conformity detection and recording, as well as relevant corrective actions implementation
• Verify the preparation of the Quality section of the final dossier. In case of subcontracted activities, verify the QC section of th e dossier is properly collected

The Procurement Quality Control Supervisor will oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance in procurement processes for project, ensuring compliance with both company standards and regulatory requirements. Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement the procurement quality control plan.

Job Purpose
Quality Inspector responsibilities include checking all inbound deliveries before receipt. The role ensures quality inspection of all received products to confirm they meet Panda Specifications (where available) and to prevent sub-standard products from entering Panda Food Chain. The inspector must ensure compliance with local (SASO/ SFDA) and international quality and food safety standards.
Functional Responsibilities:- QC - Produce / Deli
- Schedule and prepare for receiving fresh deliveries daily.
- Follow the DC receiving SOP and sampling plan for product receiving and inspection in coordination with the TL.
- Check temperatures of vendor vehicles and products before offloading and dispatching deliveries to stores.
- Inspect products and recommend to the TL and Assistant QC Manager whether to receive or reject deliveries based on product specifications.
- Document all non-conformities with photos and report them to the TL.
- Accurately complete all receiving logs and inspection checklists on time.
- Ensure proper storage practices according to product categories and storage conditions.
- Ensure conformance to Panda Receiving Processes.
- Check Brix and firmness for fruits based on specifications.
- Monitor the pest control system in the DC to prevent pest infections.
- Diploma required; college level preferred.
- Familiarity with QA regulations set by the Corporate QA Team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to recommend improvements to standards and processes.
- Ability to justify rejection of deliveries with technical explanations.
- Proficient in computer skills, including email, reporting, digital photography, and use of industrial thermometers.
- Previous experience in related fields, especially in fresh produce, grocery foods, is mandatory.
