- Supervise and review the contractor's quality control procedures, inspection & test plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklists.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum 12 years of quality control/assurance experience, with at least 5 years in airport construction projects.
- Experience in PMC / Supervision consultancy roles is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001, ICAO, FAA, ASTM, ACI, BS/EN, etc.).
- Certification in Quality (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ CQE, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
