Purpose
The purpose of this position is to ensure compliance by all Parties involved in the execution of the Project with the Project Quality Program, including adherence to the Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans and achieve the project Quality KPI’s and Customer Satisfaction through the effective management of the project team and interfacing with the client to ensure all quality requirements are met.

- Carry out Internal Audits in accordance with the Company Audit Plan. Generate the Audit Report and raise any findings and/or Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) in accordance with the Project Audit and NCR Reporting Procedures.
- Carry out Audits, were applicable, with Sub-Contractors, Vendors and Suppliers to ensure they meet the minimum requirements of the Project and Company expectations in accordance with the Quality Management System.
- Issue any non-conformance reports on the Company’s procedures.
- Conduct shop inspections.
- Lead root cause investigation and analyses on compliance failures and customer escapes.
- Train and certify, as necessary, the personnel leading and participating in the quality management processes of the Quality and Service Excellence department which deliver the Quality Policy and ensure the Quality Objectives are achieved.
- Subject matter expert in quality planning to deliver customer requirements and expectations
- Facilitate the team and process owners in defining corrective and preventive actions to prevent compliance failures and escapes and improve overall compliance.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team. As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance process for our software development projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our software meets the highest quality standards and fulfills all functional and non-functional requirements. You will lead a team of QA engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement in our software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the overall QA strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure efficient and effective QA practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to establish quality benchmarks, requirements, and performance goals.
- Define and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, usability, and security.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of test environments, test data, and test automation frameworks to streamline the testing process.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure product reliability and stability.
- Monitor QA schedule, analyze QA metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to prioritize and manage testing efforts based on project timelines and resource allocation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in QA and software testing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Proven experience in a QA management or leadership role, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality software products.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, including test planning, test case development, and test execution.
- Experience in managing and leading a team of QA engineers, with excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit, to drive efficient and reliable test automation.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Experience with defect tracking and management tools, such as JIRA
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven professional experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in manual and automated testing.
- Experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, and backend systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in software development, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Certification in software testing or quality assurance, such as ISTQB certification, is a plus.
- Experience with performance testing, security testing, or accessibility testing is desirable.
- Knowledge of software development tools and technologies, such as version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking systems.

Leadership & Quality Culture
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function, promoting a culture rooted in excellence, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
- Coach and support department leaders and frontline teams in understanding and implementing quality and service standards.
- Act as the internal ambassador of Forbes, LQA, and STM standards across all hotel operations.
Quality Standards & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce quality standards and operating procedures in line with Four Seasons brand expectations and luxury hospitality benchmarks.
- Ensure that all departments understand and adhere to Four Seasons service standards, Forbes Five-Star criteria, LQA protocols, and STM practices.
Audit & Performance Monitoring
- Conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and walkthroughs of guest areas, back-of-house operations, and F&B outlets to evaluate adherence to standards.
- Lead the coordination and execution of LQA and Forbes inspections, ensuring pre- and post-inspection readiness and action planning.
Guest Feedback & Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze guest feedback from surveys, online reviews, Medallia, and direct comments to identify trends, service gaps, and training needs.
- Present regular quality performance reports to the Executive Committee and support data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Partner with departments such as Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, F&B, and Spa to implement service enhancements and ensure consistency in guest touchpoints.
- Support pre-opening or renovation-related quality planning as needed.
Corrective Actions & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and monitor action plans following audits, inspections, or guest complaints to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Introduce best practices and quality improvement projects that drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Training & Onboarding
- Support Learning & Development efforts to ensure onboarding, refresher training, and quality-based workshops reflect the latest standards.
- Conduct Forbes and LQA training refreshers and simulations for key departments.
