Within your role as Training Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for designing and preparing quality improvement plans and setting educational standards for multiple Further Education Colleges across the Kingdom. You will conduct regular site visits to training providers to monitor the delivery of training quality and support in implementing new educational outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree from a recognised university
- Masters Degree and PhD are highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience within the post-18 skills sector
- Minimum 5 years senior management experience in the TVET sector within the GCC
- At least 3 years experience in a relevant advisory position in the TVET sector is preferred
