Must-Have:

• 6+ years of experience as a Quality Control supervisor
• Skilled in monitoring and implementation of QMS procedures, PQP, ITP / method statements and reporting deviations from management system and contractual requirements of the projects.
• Experience with infrastructure projects such as dams, hydropower plants, TBM tunnels, drill and blast tunnels.
• Prior experience in monitoring inspection and test reports of completed inspections and tests

MISSION

• Ensure the supervision of welding inspection activities and verify Quality Control Plans implementation
• Support Quality Control Manager (QCM) / Quality Control Coordinator (QCC) in supervising the project Quality Control activities
  
  

• Check Quality Control Plans with reference to welding activities
• Check the availability and adequacy of consumables and equipment / instrumentation used for welding execution and control
• Verify that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved, calibrated, handled, identified and traceable
• Support and check the evaluation of the qualification of inspection personnel in charge of works, verify work procedures, including those relating to special processes
• Support the definition of QC Information System rules
• Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation issued by inspectors and verify the collection of required Quality Records
• Verify that tests, controls and inspections are carried out according to Quality Control Plans / Inspection Test Plans, checking the collection of relevant documentation also for the mechanical completion approval, and that personnel have access to all required project documentation
• In case of subcontracted activities, verify the correct implementation of approved Quality Control Plans / Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspections and collecting relevant Quality Control records
• Verify the collection and management of documents certifying test, controls and inspections, checking that all records are properly retrievable within the final As-Built dossier
• Verify the preparation of the Quality works dossier for final handover to the Document Controller
• Verify that the NCR management process is in place and effective
• On board vessels, support the QCM /QCC in planning and allocating QC Inspector and Pipe Tally functions to the various area of the project, ensuring coordination of assigned personnel
• In case of vessels without NDT Supervisor/Operators and with approval of NDT Department (e.g., chartered vessels, MSV, DSV etc.) carry out NDT inspection interpreting related results (UT, MT, PT or any other NDT methods the interpreter is certified for) in accordance with qualified procedures (where required according to the operational needs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement QC Supervisor with strong experience in vendor inspections, procurement quality coordination, and materials control within large-scale oil & gas or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in quality assurance, inspection planning, documentation, and vendor coordination for both in-kingdom (IK) and out-of-kingdom (OOK) suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all vendor inspection activities, including Third Party Inspections (TPI), inspection notifications, and interfacing with vendor QA/QC teams.
• Prepare and review Inspection Assignment Packages (IAP) and ensure alignment with client and project-specific technical and quality requirements.
• Conduct technical review of Material Requisitions (MRs) to ensure compliance with project specifications, datasheets, and applicable international standards.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Material Requirements (NMRs), and other vendor-submitted quality documents.
• Attend vendor pre-fabrication and pre-inspection meetings to ensure understanding of technical, QA/QC, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain and update inspection logs, reports, release notes, and ensure traceability of all inspection and test documentation.
• Oversee the EPM Contractor Portal for timely submission and tracking of inspection activities and documentation.
• Verify vendor and sub-vendor procedures and personnel qualifications per Saudi Aramco or equivalent client standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal procurement, expediting, and warehouse teams to ensure material readiness and documentation completeness upon delivery.
• Support QA/QC departments with inspection records management and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8+ years experience in vendor inspection, procurement QC, or quality engineering roles in the Construction / EPC sector.
• Solid experience with Saudi Aramco projects and requirements.
• Familiarity with EPM Portal , MR review, ITP preparation, and vendor coordination.
• Strong documentation, communication, and technical report writing skills.
• Capable of working in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments with diverse project stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience in large EPC projects such as AMIRAL HDPE & Logistics Area , JNGLF C3/C4 Refrigeration Units , and Western Region MGS Pipelines .
• Experience in both in-kingdom (IK) and out-of-kingdom (OOK) vendor inspections.
• Previous roles with top international EPC contractors

• QA/QC Supervisor should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors.

-BS degree in Engineering with at least ten (10) years of relevant Inspection specialty in the construction of Petrochemical or hydrocarbon facilities of which five 5- years are in supervisory position
-Certified ISO 9001 Auditor or equivalent
-Must have good vision (20/20 normal or corrected) and be in good physical condition
-Fluent command of the English language
-Have worked with the GIS Company for at least one (1) year. Saudi Candidates are exempted from this requirement if they have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Saudi Aramco projects
-Possess valid KSA driver’s license
-Pass Saudi Aramco written exam for International Codes and Quality System Standards and Methods (ISO 9001) or Certified as ASQ Quality Manager
