The QA Lead is a critical function within the QA team. Reporting directly to a QA Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the external deployment project manager, producer, product manager, external dev teams, QA teams and the Engineering teams to ensure best in class test coverage for the game teams' projects.You're a master of communication, bug finding wizard, and test case management specialist - able to both lead coordinate a legion of testers with delegated tasks as well as roll up your sleeves to take on the solo mission of assisting our cross-functional teams as an autonomous, expert QA specialist.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a team of Internal testers/Dev testers split between multiple shifts
• Coordinate testing efforts with the QA partners in the game teams
• Manage resource needs based on the scope of upcoming releases
• Respond to one-off testing queries, acting as a liaison and communicator for the game QA testing teams for these specific requests
• Assist in maintaining test and development environments by managing environment specific configurations and settings
• Work closely with the game engineering team for ad hoc testing requests, demonstrating advanced techniques for testing and regression of product
• Generate status reports for the game QA team and the game team leaders, communicating status of testing and escalating risks and blockers to key stakeholders on behalf of the QA team
• Assist in the generation and maintenance of functional test suites
• Manage daily bug triages with confidence in prioritizing bugs and surfacing critical issues logged by QA
• Instill QA best testing practices across both internal and external teams, increasing quality level of issue reporting through advanced reporting techniques including crash logs, server logs, video, and screen capture
• Leverage Dashboards to monitor issue status' throughout the testing lifecycle
• Coach your team members to develop and grow the most talented testers in the org
• Contribute to the development and the delivery of the training curriculum

• Passion for games of all genres and all platforms (mobile, PC and console)
• English proficiency (B2 level or above) - spoken and written
• Desire to grow a career in the gaming industry and learn the ins and outs of how a game is made, with potential growth in QA, Production, Design and Product LiveOps
• Proven prior experience managing quality on mobile/console/PC projects
• Ability to comfortably juggle and re-prioritize multiple tasks on the fly
• Lead the planning and implementation of the project

I worked for 8 years in a startup company started as a Content Migration Specialist, did some php programming and then moved on to Software Testing, which I love and honed. i have traveled the entire US working in telecomunications, and since i ripped my back up my company put me working at a computer at home. i do not like my job at all, but i realy realy do like working out of my home, also able to take care of my Mother.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

An approved QAQC Electrical Supervisor has the responsibility and commensurate authority to accomplish the following duties:
- Reporting to the Site QAQC Manager.
- Monitoring and implementation of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP & method statements and reporting deviations from management system / contractual requirements of the projects.

- Ensuring all equipment’s, tools and materials meet with the project quality requirements and that personnel have been adequately trained to use them safely.
- Identification of non-calibrated equipment’s and informing Subcontractor QC for expediting arrangements with Calibration agencies for timely calibration of the equipment’s.
- Liaison with client representative concerning quality matters on site.
- To be conversant with the company QHSE procedures & policies and ensure that all the people on the site observe and implement them.
- Identifying near miss and nonconformities in materials, products, processes, procedures and reporting the near miss / nonconformities in the near miss / nonconformity report.
- Verification of implementation of corrective & preventive actions against the nonconformities and reporting results to QA/QC Engineer and line managers, if necessary.
- Preparation of final quality dossiers / test packs and maintaining backups of completed quality dossiers / test packs.
- Submitting weekly report and requested information / statistics to QAQC Manager.
- Liaison with QAQC Manager for all aspects of quality.

- Knowledge of the ISO-9000 series International Standards
- Have a thorough working knowledge of the National Electric Code/NFPA 70, IEC or equivalent standards.
- Have a working knowledge of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas and/or petrochemical industries.
- Shall be familiar with the international industry codes and standards related to intrinsically safe systems and electrical systems for instrumentation including ISA RP12.6, ISA RP12.2.02, ISA TR12., ANSI MC96.1, IEEE 518, IEEE 1100, IEC 60529, NEMA ICS 6, NEMA 250, NEMA VE 1, NEMA VE 2, NFPA 70/NEC and UL 94.
- Shall be able to inspect complete loop checking, wiring continuity and color coding, start-up, and troubleshooting. When required, inspector must be able to evaluate FAT and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of international codes and standards related to package

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Reporting Directly to the Project Quality Manager.

An approved QA/QC Piping/ Welding Lead Inspector has the responsibility and commensurate authority to accomplish the following duties:
- Oversee and coordinate inspection of the on-plot & UG Piping for the project scope. This is also applicable during the commissioning/start-up period & where vendor and Operations representatives are present.
- Monitoring and implementation of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP, WPS & Quality Procedures and reporting deviations from the management system and contractual requirements of the project.
- Verifying that all necessary inspections and tests, as required on the project and by statutory regulations, are carried out and appropriate records are updated and maintained.
- Coordinating quality activities with subcontractors and any other individual parties who may be working on the same site.
- Coordination with clients and third-party Inspection, in accordance with approved ITP, for agreed witness of inspections & tests.
- Monitor Visual Inspection, Radiography/RTFI, UT(MUT - Manual UT), AUT (Automatic UT - ToFD or Phased Array), Magnetic Particle, and Liquid Penetrant Testing.
- Ensuring close-out of all open issues / punch-points within the time frame agreed with the client.
- Performing assigned in-process and final product inspection and tests as identified in Approved Inspection and Test Plans.
- Inspection verification of test equipment, and completion and sign-off of appropriate piping Quality documentation including development and tracking of hydro testing package.

- Submit weekly discipline inspection report to the site Quality Manager in the format requested.
- Inspect the work of each contractor and make sure the quality of workmanship and materials meet contract requirements.
- Participate in a weekly on-site Quality meeting with construction & contractor highlighting site quality concerns.
- Review contractor’s Discipline ITP, work method statements to ensure they meet the AP CQP & engineering requirements.
