- التفاوض مع الموردين والمقاولين لضمان أفضل الأسعار والجودة والالتزام بمواعيد التوريد.
- بناء وتطوير قاعدة بيانات للموردين والمقاولين المعتمدين والحفاظ على علاقات استراتيجية معهم.
- تطوير فريق المشتريات ومتابعة أداء الموظفين، وتقديم التدريب والتوجيه اللازم لهم.
- التنسيق مع إدارات المشاريع والهندسة والتخطيط لضمان تلبية احتياجات المشتريات في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة الميزانيات والتكاليف وتقديم تقارير دورية عن وضع المشتريات والإمدادات.
- متابعة تطبيق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة في إدارة المشتريات وضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة ذات العلاقة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال المشتريات، ويفضّل أن تكون في قطاع التطوير العقاري أو المقاولات.
- مهارات عالية في التفاوض وإدارة العقود.
- إلمام بأنظمة المشتريات والعقود، والمعايير المحلية والدولية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج ERP مثل Odoo لإدارة المشتريات والمخزون والعقود.
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية قوية، مع القدرة على تطوير الفريق وتحفيزه.

As Purchasing Manager, you’ll oversee all procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services across the hotel. From food and beverage supplies to operating equipment, you’ll ensure the quality, compliance, and value of all purchases — supporting seamless operations and IHG’s commitment to excellence and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies that support operational and financial goals.
- Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best quality, pricing, and service terms.
- Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and evaluate new vendors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with IHG procurement standards and local regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs.

Job Summary
Negotiates with suppliers and verifies and authorizes purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Advises other departments on purchasing procedures and maintains full and up-to-date information regarding store inventory.
Candidate ProfileEducation and Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or related professional area.
- OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing or related professional area.
- Negotiates with selected suppliers and obtains quotations.
- Coordinates and arranges site visits with contractors and end-users for obtaining necessary quotations.
- Keeps close and frequent contact with suppliers to maintain up-to-date market and product information.
- Identifies and selects reliable and regular suppliers for daily food and beverage purchasing based on regular quotations.
- Attends and participates in food tasting panel for food and beverage evaluation and vendor selection.
- Prepares and negotiates contracts with selected suppliers.
- Attends exhibitions/seminars for sourcing new suppliers and products with better price-performance.
- Persuades suppliers to offer or extend rebate program.
- Verifies and authorizes procurement orders.
- Places orders and expedites deliveries.
- Prepares tender invitations and executes tender openings for selected items and compares tenders for procurement decisions.
- Sources alternative products with competitive prices, while striving to maintain better or comparable quality, standards and services.
- Prepares and submits monthly cost saving report to Director of Finance.
- Explores opportunities for green procurement and actively participates in the recycling program.
- Provides suggestions to other departments to achieve cost savings while still fulfilling their requirements.

About the Role
We are seeking a
Purchasing Manager
to lead the company's
central procurement operations
for luxury travel, high-end events, and premium concierge services. This role requires a professional with a strong procurement background and
established connections with luxury hotels, premium travel providers, elite event service vendors, and suppliers of high-end goods
. The Purchasing Manager will ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-aligned purchasing while safeguarding compliance with Saudi regulations and internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Strategy & Planning
– Develop and implement procurement strategies that support business objectives across Concierge, Travel, and Events Business Units. Forecast requirements and align purchasing policies with operational and commercial needs.
Supplier Management & Negotiation
– Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with premium suppliers for accommodations, venues, catering, logistics, travel services, luxury goods, and specialized event support. Maintain long-term vendor partnerships to ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
Commercial Proposal Administration
– Collaborate with Commercial teams to align procurement inputs with client proposals, RFQs, and tenders. Provide accurate supplier costings, delivery timelines, and compliance documentation for government tenders and high-value client bids.
Purchase Order & Contract Management
– Review and oversee requisitions, quotations, contracts, and Purchase Orders. Ensure that contract terms, SLAs, and cost benchmarks are consistently achieved. Resolve supplier-related issues such as delivery delays, shortages, or invoice discrepancies.
Budget Control & Cost Optimization
– Monitor purchasing budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and benchmark prices across high-spending categories without compromising service excellence. Collaborate with Finance & Operations on budget tracking and reporting.
Compliance & Documentation
– Ensure full adherence to procurement policies, internal control frameworks, quality management system, and Saudi regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and auditable records of all procurement transactions and supplier files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven network of suppliers in luxury hospitality, premium travel, event services, and luxury goods.
- Minimum 5+ years of procurement or purchasing management experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, luxury services, or events.
- Procurement certifications such as CIPP/CIPM (
Certified International Procurement Professional/Manager
). - Strong expertise in vendor negotiations, procurement compliance, and supplier partnerships.
- Familiarity with Saudi procurement regulations and international sourcing standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Odoo) and advanced MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Remuneration
- Salary Package:
9,000–10,000 SAR (based on experience and industry network) - Benefits:
