As an Infrastructure Project Director, you will spearhead the design and supervision of some of the largest and most iconic infrastructure developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Embracing a collaborative leadership approach, you will manage and coordinate all delivery functions, ensuring that plans seamlessly align with design and construction objectives. In addition, your duties will be to:
Maximizing the utilization of our Global Design Centers and leveraging the expertise of our global Subject Matter Experts to drive innovation and excellence.
Driving development and delivery performance, ensuring that all milestones are met or exceeded without compromising cost targets, safety, security, or quality standards.
Directly managing consultants and contractors engaged in the design and build processes, developing a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Planning and coordinating the operations infrastructure required for consultants and contractors to function in a safe, secure, productive, and collaborative environment.
Validating project plans, budgets, performance status, forecasts, trends, risks, and key decisions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Providing management and oversight of the project by ensuring that all objectives are achieved, including those related to cost, schedule, safety, quality, technology, security, logistics, and sustainability.

As a highly accomplished Infrastructure Project Director, you possess a wealth of expertise that sets you apart. You have delivered projects across the full suite of infrastructure across the entire life cycle, taking projects from concept master planning design through to detailed design and construction supervision. Your ability to seamlessly manage subconsultants in project delivery is unparalleled, as you engage, inspire, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results that exceed stakeholder expectations.
While Middle East experience, particularly in Saudi Arabia, would be an advantage, it is not a mandatory requirement for your role. You hold a degree qualification in either Civil Engineering or an appropriate Engineering discipline, reflecting your strong technical foundation.
