Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager with strong main contractor exposure to lead the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HSE policies, procedures, and standards are implemented and maintained to achieve the highest safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project’s HSE department to ensure compliance with legal requirements, client standards, and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the HSE Management System, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, and training programs.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety meetings with project teams and subcontractors.
- Investigate and report all incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Provide HSE training, coaching, and guidance to all site personnel to foster a strong safety culture.
- Liaise with client representatives, government authorities, and external auditors on HSE matters.
- Monitor performance against HSE KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC/ Diploma or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years of HSE experience in construction projects, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role with a main contractor .
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety regulations, international HSE standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record in managing HSE for large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
