The Client Facing Team play a vital role in the day to day management of the Custody Middle Office. The Client Facing Team act of single point of contact for client’s in respect of their Trade, Cash and Asset Servicing enquiries and likewise the Team performs client outreach, on behalf of the various Operational Teams. Key focus areas for the role are proactivity, responsiveness, knowledge and drive for excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Work a part of a global Client Facing team providing direct support across a wide variety of products and markets
- Build strong internal and external working relationships and partnerships with JPM clients and operational teams to ensure we provide a best in class service offering
- Provide value add client service and operational subject matter expertise for Asset Servicing, Cash, FX and Trade enquiries.
- Perform root cause analysis of Asset Servicing (COAC's and Income), Cash, FX and Trade issues / enquiries for internal and external stakeholders and review opportunities to encourage them to utilise JPM offered products for self-serviceable opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to reduce client enquiries, improve client STP rates for cash, FX, Asset Servicing and trade instructions, manual fax reduction / any bespoke client processes
- Self-motivated, flexible, innovative, adaptable and analytical
- Excellent prioritisation, planning, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident at interacting with and communication with internal and external parties
- Some industry/product knowledge in Trades, Cash or Asset Servicing would be advantageous
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment essential

Qualifications- 7+ years of experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles
- Experience driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation

- Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or current hands on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience
- Experience with automation, scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python) and application migration and modernization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
- AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
- Experience in an Architect role or similar with strong track record of implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments

We are looking for a Senior Security Consultant- Proactive Services to work in a dynamic and exciting new position reporting to the Director of our FortiGuard Security Consulting Services. In this very hands-on customer facing role the consultant’s main objective is to deliver Fortinet’s proactive consulting services ensuring the customer is better prepared to deal with a cyber security incident. Leveraging skills and experience in delivering security assessments and incident response, the consultant will be responsible for incident response readiness assessments helping to identify gaps, deliver tabletop exercises that are designed to test an organization’s incident response plan and assisting in identifying security gaps in tools or processes, and assist customer organization’s in the development of incident response playbooks that are part of an organization’s larger Incident Response Plan. As a secondary objective the consultant will assist with continued development of our current and future assessment type services, and work closely with the sales teams.
To be successful in this role the candidate must possess strong consulting skills, technical skills and able to work under tight timelines.
Responsibilities- Lead customer facing proactive services engagements
- Develop and deliver tabletop exercises to customers
- Perform readiness assessments on customers’ security posture and Incident Response Plan
- Assist in the development of customer Incident Response Plans and playbooks.
- Continue to focus on the maturation of proactive services
- Deliver Response Trainings to customers
- Stay current with cyber security compliance, standards and framework revisions including NIST CSF, ISO/IEC27001, CIS, PCI, HIPPA, etc.
- Review current security programs and define the steps needed for meeting the applicable cybersecurity and information assurance instructions
- Assist in the development and recommendations of network topologies
- Develop complete and informative reports and presentations for both executive and technical audience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience interfacing with customers
- Experience building and delivering table top exercises
- Knowledgeable of multiple cyber security compliance frameworks and standards
- Knowledgeable in the development and use of incident response playbooks
- Experience with vulnerability assessments and cyber security audits
- Ability to assess and implement various security controls
- Understanding of incident response processes and tools
- Experience with delivering educational services and trainings
- A solid understanding of Active Directory and how to secure is a plus
- Strong knowledge of operating system internals and endpoint security experience.
- Able to communicate with both technical and executive personnel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
- Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work both independently and within a team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field

As an Global Services, Security (GSS) team member, you will help secure that environment for our internal and external customers while working on security products for a variety of platforms and technologies, all operating at massive scale.
This Sr. Security Architect for Digital Sovereignty role will advise and deliver security and compliance outcomes across a wide range of strategic opportunities and challenging environments. You will be responsible for shaping the security and compliance strategy for digital sovereignty. This includes designing technical architectures to help regulators, public sector entities, and highly regulated customers navigating digital sovereignty requirements for their jurisdictions. You will drive change with customers, partners, regulators, and internal teams, and develop security strategies and architectures to win support for delivering creative/non-standard approaches and solutions.
This key position will have high visibility at the most senior levels of customer, partner, and regulator organizations within Saudi Arabia. The position will act as the security interface with AWS customers and service teams working closely with AWS Sales and Solutions Architect teams. The candidate will foster key relationships, interpret the impacts of industry and regulatory changes, and track and report on industry trends.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead the conversation on security, risk, and compliance with strategic AWS customers and partners with sovereignty restrictions
* Manage disparate senior stakeholders within customer environments to align consensus and drive outcomes on the AWS platform
* Help customers understand how they can integrate and implement AWS security controls into their own control frameworks
* Prioritize strategic customer outcomes that drive their business forward, while complying with sovereignty requirements and increasing their overall security posture.
* Act as a thought leader. Develop and launch industry leading sovereignty-related, customer-facing resources based on projected customer needs and current demand
* Assist the AWS compliance team in determining the strategic direction of the various AWS compliance programs based on customer interaction and demonstrative metrics.
* Directly impact the roadmaps for AWS products and services through voice-of-the-customer amplification and influence
* Develop and maintain impactful relationships with key industry personnel, executives, decision makers, and policy makers
* Partner directly with AWS customers to help them understand the implementation of AWS security requirements
* Keep the AWS Global Services leadership team fully informed of customer engagement status, issues, and activities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
– 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
– 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
– Experience working with end user or developer communities
– Experience in the regulatory compliance domain
