Senior Proposals Manager
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing bids within engineering consultancy, including at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Middle East. They will have a proven ability to deliver high-quality proposals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the proposal lifecycle, managing activities from RFP receipt through to final submission and award.
- Develop, document, manage, and deliver bids and proposals in alignment with ARX standards and processes.
- Manage, organize and develop the proposals team (proposals engineers, coordinators, assistants).
- Conduct thorough reviews of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare timely clarification queries.
- Lead Go/No-Go meetings and weekly buds review meetings.
- Coordinate with internal departments, partners, and sub-consultants to promote seamless collaboration and resolve bid-related issues.
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive technical and financial proposals in line with client expectations.
- Maintain and update bid documentation, ensuring compliance and a professional standard of presentation.
- Minimum 10 years of bid management experience within the engineering consultancy sector, with at least 5 years of experience in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of design fee estimation and commercial proposal structuring.
