About The Role
- We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Manager to join our growing real estate team in Riyadh. This role is vital for the daily performance and long-term success of our real estate portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
- The Asset Manager will collaborate closely with Flow’s Fund Managers, overseeing operational and financial aspects across the portfolio, including budgeting, financial modeling, capex planning, investor coordination, and performance reporting to ensure each property meets its investment objectives and aligns with Flow’s regional goals.
- This position is suited for candidates with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in real estate funds or asset management in Saudi Arabia or the broader MENA region.
Responsibilities
- Primary contact with Flow’s fund managers for effective communication, reporting, and operational alignment.
- Engage with property management and revenue teams to monitor performance metrics such as revenue, occupancy, and leasing activity, ensuring assets meet business plan targets.
- Assist in preparing budgets, re-forecasts, and investment models; evaluate ROI on capex and leasing initiatives.
- Review monthly financial reports for accountability and transparency, ensuring alignment with property management.
- Maintain communication with investors, preparing updates, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with CMA regulations across fund, asset, and corporate activities.
- Manage lender relationships and ensure property compliance with loan agreements.
- Develop cash flow projections and facilitate onboarding of new investments.

Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.
- 4-8 years of asset management experience with Class A multifamily and mixed-use assets, preferably in MENA.
- Proficiency in cash flow modeling, sell/hold, and ROI analysis.
- Experience with Fund Management structures preferred.
- Support in transaction processes like acquisitions, financings, and dispositions.
