Detailed Description:
The
Tenant Relations Specialist
will serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant-related matters within our retail portfolio. This role ensures effective communication, timely resolution of issues, and adherence to company standards and lease obligations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Facility Management, Leasing, Legal, and Finance teams to enhance tenant satisfaction and operational excellence. 
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for tenants across retail and mixed-use developments.
- Manage tenant onboarding and handover processes in coordination with Leasing, Retail Delivery, and FM teams.
- Handle tenant requests, concerns, and service issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Coordinate with FM and Admin for maintenance, cleaning, and common area services.
- Support tenant fit-out approvals and ensure compliance with company and mall guidelines.
- Conduct periodic inspections and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with lease terms and property standards.
- Monitor tenant performance and feedback to identify improvement areas and drive engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate renewal reminders and collaborate with Leasing for timely follow-ups.
- Maintain updated tenant contact databases and records of correspondence.
- Prepare reports on tenant satisfaction, complaint trends, and service response performance.
- Support in organizing tenant events, promotional activities, and seasonal engagement campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of tenant relations within

- The Asset Manager will work closely with Flow's Fund Managers, taking the lead on operational and financial oversight across the portfolio. - Serve as the primary point of contact with Flow's fund managers, ensuring effective communication, timely reporting, and operational alignment.
- On-going engagement with property management and revenue teams to track performance (revenue, occupancy, leasing activity) and building-level KPIs to ensure assets are delivering against business plan targets.
- Support preparation of CapEx and OpEx budgets, re-forecasts, and investment models; evaluate ROI on capex and leasing initiatives.
- Review of monthly financial reports to ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment with property management teams.
- Maintain communication with existing and potential investor base; prepare regular updates, reports, and presentations for investors and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fund, asset-level and relevant corporate activities are compliant with CMA regulations at all times.
