Job Summary

Project Coordination Specialist will communicate with project members to ensure awareness of any new developments in a project's status. Will be responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of the project through a range of actions contributing to the design, planning, management and monitoring of project activities. Including organizing meeting times and locations, updating a project schedule and ensuring that all necessary parties are aware of project deadlines. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the development process of all project and ensure projects’ completion within specific time frame, budget and quality by Coordinating the efficient use of financial resources of the Project, including budgeting and budget revisions, as well as expenditure tracking and reporting
  • Ensure that all project management and administration functions on planning, reporting, resource mobilization and budgeting for the project are undertaken in a timely, professional and efficient manner
  • Plan, coordinate and manage a startup project of the company
  • Plan and coordinate the objective, layout, marketing, business direction of the project. Research and reports are expected during initial phase
  • Liaise with multiple parties and manage project progress
  • Communicating with team to understand and gather project requirements and coordinate with suppliers during new project development
  • Make sure deadlines of each involved party are adhered to and met. Working with multiple parties is expected
  • Responsible for occasional inspection and report on progress of work and Identify key performance indicators as well as develop and maintain a monitoring system to ensure effective information sharing, provision of feedback and elaboration of top-quality progress reports
  • Drive and support implementation of EHS practices at site, ensuring compliance with EHS procedures and safe practices
  • Lead quality efforts at site by ensuring compliance with procedures and processes
  • Become GE point of contact at site and serve a liaison between FC SM and site team.
  • Work closely with SM and RM to ensure resources assignment and crew composition meet the assignment technical and safety requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel may be required
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
  • If position is a people manager include, Manage and develop employees

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Higher Diploma or Degree level, preferably in an engineering discipline and/or significant relevant project management, engineering and/or construction experience.
  • At least 1 year working experience in project management

Desired Characteristics

  • Provides support for field services with solid practical knowledge of processes and procedures. Works under a moderate degree of supervision, within established guidelines. Limited complexity; activities are generally narrow in scope. May act as a functional/technical lead, coordinating the work of others.
  • 3 years of experience in Wind Projects
  • Superior technical expertise
  • Strong project management, project coordination, and administrative skills
  • Hard working, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Outgoing, strong problem solving skills and well-organized
  • Excellent written English.

We are seeking a project Management specialist to join joint Venture projects Support Division (JVPS)

Joint Venture Projects Support Division (JVPS) under Fuels Strategy & Capital Planning Department (FS&CPD) is responsible for providing oversight and support to Aramco affiliates projects within Downstream Fuels portfolios. This includes providing an independent view to decision makers on project progress, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Your primary role is to lead and conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment to identify gaps that will impact project execution. You are also going to provide project management consultations to project teams as required.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment for joint venture projects and present the outcome to the project sponsor.
  • Analyze projects performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor.
  • Prepare reports to analyses project progress in development or execution stages
  • Facilitate project risks analysis.
  • Collect and analyze projects lessons learned
  • Support project team by providing them with consultation in project management best practices and procedures.
  • Review and analyze project economics, governance, organization setup, execution strategy, cost estimating, scheduling, contracting, procurements, risk management.
  • Provide support to develop the business plan, project feasibility study, project technical development.
  • Analyze claims and advice on negotiation strategies.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies.

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized and approved program. A master degree in engineering is preferred .

You will have 15 years work experiences in project management, including at least 10 years as project or construction engineer.

  • you must have PMP certificate from Project Management Institute (or equivalent)
  • You must have work experiences in mega projects for refineries, petrochemicals or infrastructure industries.
  • you will also have experiences in developing project scope, project schedule and cost estimates.
  • You must have experience and knowledge in modularization and stick built construction processes.
  • you will be able to demonstrate knowledge in project engineering practices, governance, bid evaluation, cost estimating, planning, scheduling and technical development.
  • You will have the ability to work in international business environment and cross-cultural professional.
  • you must have professional level in working with MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  • Presentation skills and efficient communication are necessary.

We are seeking a Project Finance Specialist to join the Capital Markets & Financing Department (CM&FD). CM&FD is a part of the Finance Business Line in Saudi Aramco and reports to the Treasurer’s organization. Its objectives are to provide expert financial advice to organizations developing new businesses or joint ventures; coordinate the Finance Organization’s overall involvement in such development activities and; obtain debt and equity capital for such new business ventures when appropriate.

Your role will be to provide expert analysis on the project financing and/or structured financing of potential joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in the energy, chemicals, power and infrastructure business sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Advise on bankability of project agreements and minimization of financing risk.
  • Prepare business plans, financial forecasts, funding strategies and execution plans to support investment decisions and the optimal financing of projects.
  • Coordinate the activities of investment banks, project advisors, project lenders and other project consultants in arranging the financing for projects.
  • Provide professional and technical expertise for the analysis and solution of complex problems in any Treasury project finance area.
  • Participate in and/or lead multi-disciplinary project evaluation and development teams assigned to grow and enhance current operations and profitability and to facilitate the successful implementation of the Company’s development strategies.
  • Provide work direction to junior analysts and support personnel. Mentor and develop talent within the organization.
  • Keep up-to-date of and analyze international, regional and local economic and banking data; identify trends that may impact the Company; advise management on potential opportunities and alert management of potential risks.
Education & Experience Requirements

As a successful candidate you will hold the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Information Systems, Engineering or Business. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred.
  • 7 years of related project finance and corporate finance work experience, preferably in a banking environment or a major refining, petrochemical or energy industry corporation.
  • Strong preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in Project & Structured Finance, Export Credit Agency Financing, Islamic Finance, the Debt Capital Markets, and the structuring of bankable commercial agreements.
  • Significant exposure to joint venture development of mega-projects, EPC contracts, commercial & partnership Negotiations, financial modeling, economic evaluations, cash flow & variance analysis, project engineering and/or project management experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization and with multi-disciplinary project teams and consultants to effectively and efficiently deliver results.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams and/or organizations.
  • Negotiation experience with and comprehension of complex legal agreements and banking documents.

The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes, local regulations, and standards, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all legal and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
  2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  3. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the planned scope, schedule, and budget.
  4. Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with Saudi building codes and industry standards.
  5. Provide technical expertise and support during the design and construction phases.
  6. Perform site visits to evaluate project progress and ensure that work is carried out according to design specifications and safety standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
  1. Ensure that all projects comply with Saudi building codes, municipality regulations, Civil Defense, and environmental standards.
  2. Prepare and submit necessary documents for permits, approvals, and certifications required for project execution.
  3. Keep updated on the latest regulations and building code updates and ensure their implementation throughout project phases.
Quality Control & Safety:
  1. Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in construction and project delivery.
  2. Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all construction activities comply with occupational health and safety guidelines.
  3. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project safety and efficiency.
Communication & Reporting:
  1. Prepare detailed reports on project status, progress, and any encountered challenges.
  2. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide project updates and seek input as needed.
  3. Address and resolve any project-related issues, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Professional certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering roles, particularly in warehouse construction and automotive service centers.
  4. Proven knowledge of Saudi building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking a Project Finance Specialist to join the Capital Markets & Financing Department (CM&FD).



CM&FD is a part of the Finance Business Line in Saudi Aramco and reports to the Treasurer’s organization. Its objectives are to provide expert financial advice to organizations developing new businesses or joint ventures; coordinate the Finance Organization’s overall involvement in such development activities and; obtain debt and equity capital for such new business ventures when appropriate.



Your role will be to provide expert analysis on the project financing and/or structured financing of potential joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in the energy, chemicals, power and infrastructure business sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Advise on bankability of project agreements and minimization of financing risk.
  • Prepare business plans, financial forecasts, funding strategies and execution plans to support investment decisions and the optimal financing of projects.
  • Coordinate the activities of investment banks, project advisors, project lenders and other project consultants in arranging the financing for projects.
  • Provide professional and technical expertise for the analysis and solution of complex problems in any Treasury project finance area.
  • Participate in and/or lead multi-disciplinary project evaluation and development teams assigned to grow and enhance current operations and profitability and to facilitate the successful implementation of the Company’s development strategies.
  • Provide work direction to junior analysts and support personnel. Mentor and develop talent within the organization.
  • Keep up-to-date of and analyze international, regional and local economic and banking data; identify trends that may impact the Company; advise management on potential opportunities and alert management of potential risks.

Education & Experience Requirements

As a successful candidate you will hold the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Information Systems, Engineering or Business. An MBA or other advanced business degree is .
  • 7 years of related project finance and corporate finance work experience, preferably in a banking environment or a major refining, petrochemical or energy industry corporation.
  • Strong preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in Project & Structured Finance, Export Credit Agency Financing, Islamic Finance, the Debt Capital Markets, and the structuring of bankable commercial agreements.
  • Significant exposure to joint venture development of mega-projects, EPC contracts, commercial & partnership Negotiations, financial modeling, economic evaluations, cash flow & variance analysis, project engineering and/or project management experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization and with multi-disciplinary project teams and consultants to effectively and efficiently deliver results.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams and/or organizations.
  • Negotiation experience with and comprehension of complex legal agreements and banking documents.

We are seeking a project control specialist to join joint Venture projects Support Division (JVPS)

Joint Venture Projects Support Division (JVPS) under Fuels Strategy & Capital Planning Department (FS&CPD) is responsible for providing oversight and support to Aramco affiliates projects within Downstream Fuels portfolios. This includes providing an independent view to decision makers on project progress, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Your primary role is to lead and conduct project health check assessment process and advice on mitigation plans to maintain project cost and schedule. You are also going to provide project control services to project team as required.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Conduct project health check assessment for joint venture projects and present the outcome to the project sponsor.
  • Review and monitor projects performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor.
  • Prepare reports to analyses project progress in development or execution stages.
  • Perform project risks analyses.
  • Manage the database for projects lessons learned.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies.
  • Support project team by providing them with the best practices in project oversight and project control.
  • Provide consultation services in project management such as project economics, governance, organization setup, cost estimating, scheduling, procurements and risk management.
  • Provide support to develop the business plan, project feasibility, project technical development

Analyze claims and advice on negotiation strategies.

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized and approved program. A master degree in engineering is .

You will have 15 years work experiences in project management, including at least 10 years in project control e.g., planning, scheduling and cost control.

  • you must have PMP and PMI-SP certificates from Project Management Institute (or equivalent certificates)
  • you must be certified by & AACEI (Advanced Association of Cost Engineer) or equivalent certificates.
  • You must have work experiences in mega projects for refineries, petrochemicals or infrastructure industries.
  • you will also have experiences in developing project scope, project schedule and cost estimates.
  • You must have the capability to enhance benchmarking database from cost and industry perspective.
