Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project.
• Plan and ensure implementation of project Quality Control (QC) activities.
• Report to the Company Quality Manager in line with corporate guidelines.
• Act as focal point for quality-related matters within the project and in liaison with external entities.
• Define and implement PQMS, ensuring preparation and distribution of Project Quality Plans and procedures in line with Company QMS.
• Maintain integrity of Company QMS when project-specific changes are made.
• Plan, implement, and monitor quality audits across project processes; issue audit reports.
• Promote contractual quality requirements within the project organization.
• Conduct external audits of vendors and subcontractors' QMS.
• Plan and allocate quality resources across project areas in coordination with relevant functions.
• Support Project Manager in client and authority relations for quality matters.
• Participate in Project Management meetings to align Quality and Project activities.
• Prepare and issue QC specifications for works, coordinating checks with technical departments and client.
• Ensure contractual quality requirements are included in vendor and subcontractor agreements.
• Oversee site QC activities, including QC management tool updates.
• Manage nonconformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and negative impacts, implementing corrective and improvement actions.
• Promote awareness of Quality requirements and Group Quality Initiatives within the project team, including delivering Quality training.
• Collect and analyze project quality data, and lead Project Quality Management Reviews.
• Manage lessons learned and customer satisfaction processes.
• Report quality data to Company Quality Manager and maintain corporate reporting tools.
• For drilling activities, supervise and verify subcontractors' inspection and reporting of tools and equipment at site.

**As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for**:

- Participating in HSE programs as assigned and keep work areas of the facility in a safe, clean, and organized manner
- Creating and managing Quality Plans (QP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), including specific customer quality and technical requirements identifying witness and hold points
- Facilitating and driving closure of customer complaints (CIR/FRACAS)
- Ensuring an effective project execution through ownership of project-specific quality requirements, manages project quality-related risks and opportunities
- Establishing and executing project quality plan, witness points and quality records for compliance with contract
- Identifying opportunities for improvements in methods, procedures, and processes
- Participating in standard council, may participate in quality audits, material review boards or kaizens events
- Ensuring customer-specific quality requirements are executed by the plant/region/country

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent industry and work experience
- Be a certified Lead Auditor
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Project Management, Managing Quality Management system (ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, API 6A, API Q2).
- Experience of working in a manufacturing setting is an added advantage.
- Have minimum 3 years experience Managing and leading Internal audits, lean concepts and root cause analysis including CA/PA
- Have experience in QMS and audit processes and a deep understanding of compliance requirements including API Q1, API Q2, API 6A and ISO9001:2015.
- Be a quality all-rounder, familiar with handling the systemic (QMS) alongside operational daily quality business
- Demonstrate good knowledge of Pressure Control Equipment ( Wellheads and X-trees)

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Project Scope Management:

1. Define, develop, and maintain project scope statements, work breakdown structures (WBS), and scope management plans.
2. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, establish project objectives, and define deliverables.
3. Monitor project scope, identify scope changes, and assess their potential impact on project objectives and schedule.
4. Implement change control procedures to manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Quality Control:

1. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess project quality and identify areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances in a timely manner.
4. Review and approve project deliverables to ensure they meet established quality criteria and client expectations.

• Risk Management:

1. Identify project risks related to scope and quality and develop risk mitigation strategies.
2. Monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing potential issues to prevent scope or quality deviations.
3. Communicate project risks and mitigation plans to project stakeholders and management as needed.

• Documentation and Reporting:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope documents, quality control records, and risk registers.
2. Prepare regular reports on project scope, quality performance, and compliance with project requirements.
3. Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to project teams, stakeholders, and management as required.

Skills

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum of 7+ years of work experience.
• Bachelors degree in engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, including, but not limited to, Cost Controls, CSI, WBS Schedule Management, and Business Process Management.
• Well-versed in Scope Quality & Change management.
