2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: ( Description)
Project Management
- Deliver Projects on time, to budget at the required quality and manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope and enforce project standards.
- Identify resources needed by the contractors and assign individual responsibilities and ensure contractors create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures and review deliverables prepared by the delivery team before passing to client team apply Khazna’s methodology.
- Manage, mitigate, and minimize Khazna’s exposure and risk/issues on the project and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Analyse problems at an early stage and recommend / apply to most optimum solution in consultation with the other team members in PMO as well as Technical Team, where required.
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Manage Khazna staff to assist with specialist functions such as client fitout works, office fitout, transition into service from project to operations
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Monitor progress, make adjustments as needed and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
- Hold regular status meetings with project team, provide updates and track project timelines to ensure that the projects are not overshooting the original plans.
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Team Supervision
- Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
- Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to assigned team to support their overall development.
Budgeting and Financial Performance
- Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.
- Provide inputs and implement policies, systems, and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
- Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Khazna and department requirements, policies, and quality standards.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree college Diploma or suitable relevant experience in key discipline Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or associated Engineering Thermodynamics, chemical, production, mining, or structures.
- PRINCE 2 or PMP, PMI or APMP certified.
- 7-10 years’ of experience in relevant field with onsite and data center experience

The Role
The Project Manager role is essential in ensuring successful project planning and execution at HMT. - Supporting the personnel who are assigned for the duration of the project. Dispatching personnel according to the personnel planning. Keeping a to-do list. Evaluation and distribution of the assembly reports and other correspondence.
- Ensuring that the construction site is immediately supplied with the necessary information, instructions, personnel and material.
- Continuous checking of the accrued costs through a comparison of budget and actual costs in SAP, so that deviations are identified early on and corresponding measures can be initiated.
- Evaluation of the progress reports. Informing the project managers and any further partners on the status of the work (AD reports), on the progress (progress report), and on the accrued costs (cumulative working hours and costs).
- Inspection and initialing of the time sheets. Questionable time and expense reports are to be discussed with the superior. The basis for this is the "Regulations for Assembly and Commissioning Personnel".

- Ensure that the site installation teams have the relevant goals set in place and that the overall objectives are attainable with the supplied information, materials and resources. Utilize marked up drawings and area deliverable requirements to line management.
- Make sure that all QA / QC documentation is managed and up to date.
- Manage a procurement / long lead item schedule in tandem with your line managers indicating delivery dates and the status of the pending material / s deliveries. Reciprocating program control from the site team to the Main Contractor must be updated and live at all times.
- Carry out a weekly HSE meeting and record the general concerns and actions required by the relevant line managers and update all sub-contract agreements and conditions of employment to satisfy the latest SHEIRMS agreements.
- Carry out weekly Commercial meetings incorporating Change Management Control, Variations, Deviations, Procurement Analysis and Cost Versus Allowable impact.
- Carry out weekly progress meetings with the deliverable teams incorporating the Cost Versus Allowable information with the actual site performance.
- Manage the Human Resource requirements and issue Staff & Labour Scheduling with Un / Loading requirements with performance reports – Make sure that company disciplinary and performance reward requirements are compiled and reported within the bi / monthly project reports.
- Ensure that the Monthly Project Reports are accurate and issued per the requirements of the project reporting schedule. Update the CVA with Senior Management and make sure that the CTC and Monthly Costs are Managed in line with the commercial requirements of the project.
- Carry out works as directed by Senior Management & Co-Ordinate the Project requirements ensuring that the Project is delivered on time and in budget.
