• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
• Good knowledge of all engineering disciplines involved in power conversion and storage.
• Good knowledge of BOP equipment applicable to power conversion systems.

The Role
•Lead and manage the engineering team for the Telecom ITB project, including design, review, and approval of deliverables. •Ensure engineering activities are aligned with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. •Coordinate with design consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. •Review and approve drawings, specifications, datasheets, and material submittals. •Ensure integration of telecom systems, IT infrastructure, and civil/infrastructure works. •Support the Project Manager in planning, risk assessment, and technical decision-making. •Oversee the preparation of engineering documentation for construction and commissioning. •Ensure adherence to engineering standards, codes, and client specifications. •Coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, HSE, and Procurement teams for seamless execution. •Manage engineering change requests, variations, and technical clarifications. •Conduct engineering reviews, inspections, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

- Lead and manage the overall execution of engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of engineers to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure that engineering designs, specifications, and deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant industry codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to review and negotiate contracts, manage subcontractors, and resolve any contractual disputes or issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Sufficient years of experience in project management experience in the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas engineering principles, industry codes, and standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of engineers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical and cost-effective solutions.
