- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful projects
- Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are highly desirable
