The Director of Professional Services will be responsible for establishing and scaling its Professional Services practice. This strategic role is designed to accelerate customer adoption, drive value realization, and embed Unifonic’s platform across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate will combine deep consultancy experience with a strong background in managing large-scale digital transformation projects across technology, customer engagement, and AI.
The role will build and lead a high-impact team of experts across technical integration, marketing use case implementation, customer journey design, contact center automation, and AI-driven optimization. As a founding member of this function, the Head of Professional Services will shape the vision, operating model, and delivery methodology of a services-as-a-software practice, helping clients unlock the full potential of Unifonic’s platform.

Recruit, lead, and inspire a cross-functional team of consultants, solution architects, CX specialists, and project managers.

Design and package a portfolio of services across integration, digital strategy, and customer journey transformation.

Build scalable delivery methodologies, knowledge assets, and KPIs to measure success and ensure service excellence.

What you'll bring:
12+ years of experience in consultancy, digital transformation, or technology services, preferably in SaaS, marketing tech, or customer engagement platforms.
Proven track record in building and scaling professional services or customer success functions.
Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving technology integration, marketing automation, or CX transformation.
Exposure to marketing and advertising ecosystems, CRM, contact center solutions, and AI/ML technologies.
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to balance vision with operational execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a background in executive-level advisory.
Regional knowledge of the Saudi and broader MEA market is a strong advantage.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus

The Professional Services Consultant works with clients and partners remotely and/or onsite on engagements of medium-to-high complexity.

The position requires a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills who follows a structured approach to implementing IT security solutions.
Responsibilities
The Professional Services Consultant:
- Develops a clear overall understanding of the customer engagement (objectives, project scope, business and technical requirements).
- Participates in architecture design workshops with customers and/or partners and provides input as necessary.
- Develops project related documents with any required technical architecture diagrams. These documents might include: High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Migration Plan, Test Plan, Methods of Procedures, Network Implementation Plan, As-Built guide, etc…
- Participates in scoping meetings and provides input related to the development of statements of work based on accurate analysis of customers' requirements.
- Ensures that project documents are accurate, complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Performs deployment, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Fortinet security solutions in the customer environment.
- Assists customers through the rollout, migration or go-live phase for the deployed security solution.
- Performs knowledge transfer sessions for customer’s staff on the relevant Fortinet security solutions.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Minimizes Fortinet’s exposure and risk on projects.
- Completes and submits internal required administrative tasks (timesheets, activities report, project reports, etc…).
- Continuously works on developing knowledge and skills to remain proficient with the relevant Fortinet technologies, products and services by using self-study materials or by attending trainings (as required).
- 10+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support and/or administration.
- 6+ years’ experience with Network Security Products.
- Experience working as a Professional Services senior consultant or engineer is a plus.
- Expertise in NGFW and at least 2 of the following technologies: Email Security, Advanced Thread Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN) and/or other cloud-based security technologies.
- Very good presentation and technical documentation skills.
- Good troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients, and other departments.
- Ability to adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

The Dedicated Professional Services Engineer works on Customer site, with the aim of providing timely, quality and cost-effective technical services, including vendor expertise during security infrastructure design, deployment, testing and verification, optimization and operation services.
The Engineer instills confidence through their technical ability, focused communication skills and structured approach. This role requires a constant focus on improving technical skills through training or on-job learning opportunities. The Engineer needs to be collaborative and build effective working relationships within the Customer and Fortinet to drive success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assists the Customer during the Think and Build phases of a project.
- Develops and maintains technical project documentation: high/low level design documentation, method of procedure, test plans, configuration templates and scripts.
- Provisions, customizes and verifies Fortinet configurations based on recommended and approved design.
- Tests Fortinet solutions and verifies system behavior.
- Participates to interoperability/integration testing of devices that interact with Fortinet products.
- Recommends and Implements Fortinet best practices.
- Resolves and/or escalates technical issues in a timely fashion.
- Delivers general knowledge transfer to client staff.
- Develops and maintains core competency on Fortinet’s product line and technologies.
**Job Requirements**:
- + 7 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Network Security Products.
- Experience with designing and implementing SD-WAN solutions and FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer product families.
- Experience in complex routing and WAN environments where BGP, OSFP is a requirement.
- Work experience in maintaining, deploying or designing MPLS networks in particular L3 VPN.
- Exposure to MSSP or managed service environments (Multi-tenancy, monitoring, reporting, supportability).
- Experience in scripting and automation (e.g. ZTP, integration into orchestrator, controllers and dashboard).
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team in a collaborative environment. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management, clients, and other departments.
- Positive customer service attitude with excellent soft skills.
**Education**:
- Master's Degree in technical or management discipline and/or equivalent extensive work-related experience.

The Senior Professional Services Consultant is responsible for deploying software solutions within our customer base in the field. This position is a customer facing consulting role that requires exceptional collaborative skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with various cross-functional groups throughout our customer base and within the business. This role requires the ability to travel extensively and work directly with customers on a regular basis. Occasionally, this position will require delivery of formal training to customers and partners on projects.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues to resolve customer problems
- Develop custom scripts, utilities, or integrations to fulfill customer needs
- Collect infrastructure technical requirements, create implementation and production deployment procedures for Fortra products to interoperate and work within customer’s environment
- Understands department goals and current processes and can recommend the use of new or existing tools to achieve those goals.
- Deliver services and support both onsite and remote
- Assists in onboarding new Technical Consulting team members, as requested, by training him/her on processes and/or projects. Acts as the main mentor and go-to for the new hire. Is the first to field any culture or work-related questions.
- Supports new and existing clients in more complex set ups and usage scenarios of the purchased software.
- SME in one or more 3rd party technologies
- Authority to act within defined policies inside area of expertise/knowledge as directed
- Regularly employs consultative selling techniques during customer interactions and identifies selling opportunities (software and services) with customers. Builds strong customer relationships that encourage additional services work with customers
- Called on to support junior members to manage external stakeholders through conflict resolution
- Often delivers product training
- Support Services revenue objectives by maintaining 75% billable utilization
