We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to manage a designated team, overseeing the planning, organization and execution of production activities. The role focuses on ensuring efficient operations aligned with production plans, while continuously driving improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity and operational efficiency.
The position will be based in Dammam and reports directly to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all internal and external HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) standards and requirements.
- Supervise production personnel to ensure tasks are executed efficiently, on schedule, and with the required quality.
- Lead the team in alignment with Jotun’s Leadership Expectations, using appropriate tools to coach, develop, and guide team members.
- Identify training needs and initiate relevant programs to ensure employees possess the necessary skills; monitor adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Promote and maintain 5S principles and operator-driven maintenance activities to support a clean and organized work environment.
- Inspire and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paints Technology.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Production, preferably in a Powder coatings manufacturing.
- Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork
- Problem solving and decision-making skills to achieve common goals
- Familiar with Kaizen / CI (Continuous Improvement), 5S & HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) standards.
- Fluent in English in speaking and writing.

The Production Supervisor will oversee and manage the entire production process of offset printing and packaging operations, including prepress, offset printing, die cutting, folding, gluing, and finishing. Key Responsibilities 1. Production Management & Planning- Plan, organize, and control daily production schedules to meet customer deadlines.

- Monitor and optimize production output, reducing downtime and waste.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials (paperboard, inks, dies, adhesives, etc.).
