Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Sales Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to drive sales and GTM execution for AppScan, HCLSoftware’s flagship application security testing solution. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise sales experience, deep familiarity with cybersecurity or application security domains, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders across complex sales cycles in the MEA region.
Responsibilities- Define and execute the sales strategy for AppScan across Saudi Arabia.
- Position AppScan as a core component of customers’ secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps initiatives.
- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale expansion.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, services, and product teams to craft tailored client solutions.
- Partner with Client Directors, regional channels, and alliance teams to drive pipeline and market penetration.
- Work closely with regional solution and delivery teams to track opportunities and ensure timely closure.
- Support vertical sales teams on application security opportunities and align with strategic industry priorities.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline reporting.
- Lead customer engagements, including POCs, executive briefings, and security workshops.
- Align with MEA geo and industry leaders on key business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team on targeted campaigns, events, and demand generation activities.
- Perform ongoing market and competitor analysis to refine GTM messaging and pricing strategy.
- Monitor application security trends, regional compliance needs, and competitive threats within the Middle East cybersecurity ecosystem.
- 15+ years in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales, with MEA regional exposure.
- Minimum 5 years focused on Application Security (AppSec), including SAST, DAST, IAST, or DevSecOps tooling.
- Proven success in high-value, consultative sales engagements with enterprise and public sector clients.
- Experience working with regional partner ecosystems and building indirect sales channels.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation priorities in the Saudi market.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and solution-selling capabilities.
- Experience working with public sector, BFSI, or regulated industries in Saudi Arabia.

- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as BMC, RedHat, Ivanti, Chef, or Puppet.
- Exposure to endpoint security platforms such as Tanium, Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, McAfee, Symantec, or Cybereason.
- Proven success in pipeline generation, quota achievement, and consistent revenue growth.
- Ability to engage with C-level executives, IT operations leaders, and security teams in a consultative manner.
- Strong business acumen and technical aptitude to clearly articulate the product’s value proposition.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia (up to 50%).
