Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Collateral : Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products, and create key marketing collateral (sales decks, one-pagers, demos).
Sales Enablement : Work closely with the commercial team to create tailored materials, including training docs and pitch decks, to support sales efforts.
Use Case Mapping : Identify and map key use cases and value propositions across industries, ensuring the commercial teams are equipped with up-to-date knowledge across our target prospects.
Content Maintenance : Own and update PMM collateral to ensure relevance, incorporating client feedback and insights from commercial teams.
Product Team Support : Collaborate with the product team on validation, research, and testing for new products and features.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Ensure alignment of product messaging and positioning with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Product Marketing experience within a B2B SaaS company.
Technical copywriting skills with experience in writing product specs, GTM materials, and other technical content.
Strong understanding of sales enablement and GTM collateral creation, including sales decks, one-pagers, commercial training documents and product demos
Experience with A/B testing and prototyping to assess and optimize marketing strategies, products, and messaging.
Compelling storytelling and copywriting skills from a technical and commercial perspective, to be able to build strong sales collateral and content to pitch to clients/prospects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex product information in a clear, concise, and engaging way.
Very detail oriented and organized ways of working
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with martech tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms, automation tools) to manage customer data and track the performance of marketing campaigns.
Fintech/payments experience is preferred
Fluency in Arabic
Experience in market research: Conducting user research, focus groups, user interviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.

Opportunity:
This is a senior marketing role focused on brand strategy, portfolio management, and new product development. The Group Product Marketing Manager will drive the marketing vision and plan for the Dairy/Cheese category, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic goals and 5-year plan. The role centers on building brand equity, delivering compelling marketing campaigns, and ensuring successful product launches. The successful candidate will lead marketing planning, develop market insights, and identify new segment opportunities ensuring the brand remains competitive and relevant in a dynamic market.
Responsibilities :
- Own the marketing strategy and development of the Dairy/Cheese product portfolio, including existing products and new launches.
- Lead annual marketing planning to support the company’s 5-year strategic goals.
- Build brand equity through effective positioning, campaigns, and communication plans.
- Oversee new product development and launches, ensuring strong market fit.
- Identify and evaluate new market segments and consumer trends.
- Represent the brand at roadshows, trade events, and industry exhibitions with confidence and professionalism.
- Work closely with internal teams (R&D, production, commercial) to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.

Candidate Requirements :
- University business degree with a marketing specialization.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Brand/Marketing Management within Cheese or if not Cheese, then Dairy at minimum.
- Essential: Experience working in GCC markets, with an understanding of local consumer behavior and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record in building brands and launching new products.
- Excellent marketing planning, communication, and campaign management skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Must be willing to be based at the company’s Head Office in Riyadh.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll transform Salla's continuous innovation into tangible success for our merchants. You'll help them understand our platform's value, how it supports their goals, and how to maximize new products and features.
You'll own multiple customer segments, driving their growth and aligning product features to their specific needs. Leading a team of 2–3 Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and collaborating with a dedicated creative team, you'll engage across the entire customer lifecycle to boost awareness, adoption, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Segment Growth: Own and grow key customer segments by aligning strategy to their needs, boosting engagement and adoption.
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for products, features, and campaigns, ensuring effective market entry and resonance with target audiences.
- Create Impactful Content: Produce and oversee content that educates, inspires, and differentiates Salla, supporting the customer journey and reinforcing our market position.
Daily Tasks:
- Get out and speak to customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and shape your strategy.
- Plan and execute launches with clear positioning, coordinated efforts, and measurable outcomes.
- Flex your inbound and outbound muscles: one day, you’ll team up with growth to acquire new merchants; the next, you’ll focus on adoption. And sometimes you’ll pitch that bold, unexpected channel.

- Review and approve team outputs.
