What will you be doing?
This role is part of our Advanced Wound Care Division and is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth within the medical devices sector in Saudi Arabia. The role involves strategic marketing planning, market analysis, customer engagement, and product promotion tailored to the healthcare industry in KSA.
What will you need to be successful?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company's medical devices portfolio aligned with business goals and regional objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and customer preferences specific to the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Lead product launches and promotional campaigns for new and existing medical devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory affairs, and product development to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, medical institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Plan and execute medical conferences, webinars, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and tools that drive sales growth.
- Manage the marketing budget and prioritize initiatives effectively.
- Establish annual financial forecasts in coordination with the business unit head and finance department.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Experience working in the KSA or GCC region is highly preferred.
- In-theatre and/or clinical marketing experience would be advantageous.
