This role is built for someone who knows ecommerce inside and out, whether from working with them, supporting them, or being one of them.
Responsibilities
- Understand and Grow a Target Segment: Use your audience knowledge to identify pain points and opportunities, guiding positioning, messaging, and adoption efforts across your assigned merchant segment.
- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute launches and campaigns that resonate with your segment.
- Develop Insightful Content: Create content that speaks to your audience's real needs: landing pages, case studies, lifecycle emails, FAQs, and more. Focus on clarity, value, and simplicity
- Talk to merchants.DM them, jump on a call, or review feedback to stay close to their challenges.
- Work with the product team to understand what's shipping, then shape messaging that lands.
- Meet with the lifecycle team to plan a campaign that increases adoption for your assigned audience.
- Brief the creative team on what to design and write, giving them real context.
- Check your metrics. Are merchants engaging? Did that email work? What's next?
- Share learnings with your PMM teammates and propose an experiment worth testing
- 3-5 years in product marketing or audience-focused roles (preferably in SaaS or ecommerce)
- Deep knowledge of ecommerce merchants
- Proven ability to drive execution: messaging, positioning, content creation, and campaign support
- High curiosity, ownership, and a drive to make things happen
- You don't wait for permission; you push ideas forward and iterate fast
- You come prepared with insights, ideas, and clear thinking

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to play a key role in driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and sales enablement efforts for Lean’s product lines. Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Collateral : Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products, and create key marketing collateral (sales decks, one-pagers, demos).
Sales Enablement : Work closely with the commercial team to create tailored materials, including training docs and pitch decks, to support sales efforts.
Use Case Mapping : Identify and map key use cases and value propositions across industries, ensuring the commercial teams are equipped with up-to-date knowledge across our target prospects.
Content Maintenance : Own and update PMM collateral to ensure relevance, incorporating client feedback and insights from commercial teams.
Product Team Support : Collaborate with the product team on validation, research, and testing for new products and features.
Market Research : Conduct market analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to inform product and marketing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Ensure alignment of product messaging and positioning with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Product Marketing experience within a B2B SaaS company.
Technical copywriting skills with experience in writing product specs, GTM materials, and other technical content.
Strong understanding of sales enablement and GTM collateral creation, including sales decks, one-pagers, commercial training documents and product demos
Experience with A/B testing and prototyping to assess and optimize marketing strategies, products, and messaging.
Compelling storytelling and copywriting skills from a technical and commercial perspective, to be able to build strong sales collateral and content to pitch to clients/prospects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex product information in a clear, concise, and engaging way.
Very detail oriented and organized ways of working
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with martech tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms, automation tools) to manage customer data and track the performance of marketing campaigns.
Fintech/payments experience is preferred
Fluency in Arabic
Experience in market research: Conducting user research, focus groups, user interviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.

- Product Positioning: Define and articulate the unique value proposition of each product.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches.

We are looking for a customer-focused Senior Product Marketing Specialist to lead go-to-market efforts, craft clear product messaging, and drive adoption through impactful campaigns. This role bridges product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, enablement, and engagement across the customer journey.
What you will do
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft and maintain clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with each target segment and highlights Foodics' value proposition.
- Go-to-Market Strategy (GTM): Lead GTM plans for product launches and feature rollouts, including branding, collaborating closely with the Product development team.
- Customer & Market Insights: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer interviews to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Sales and Expansion Accounts Enablement: Develop compelling assets, pitch decks, and one-pagers to support teams in effectively communicating products.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for products, to drive awareness, acquisition, and product adoption.
