What you will be doing
  • Own end-to-end design, development, and rollout of AML/CFT, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, and customer risk assessment systems.

  • Balance regulatory requirements with product usability and business needs.

Overview

SWATX is searching for a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing processes. You will design, implement, and execute test plans, document test cases, and analyze results to ensure our products meet established standards before they reach our users.

Responsibilities

Your work will involve collaborating closely with developers and product managers to understand application requirements and identify areas for improvement. By actively participating in the software development lifecycle, you will help maintain our commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or in a similar role
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices for application testing
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to document and track test cases, results, and defects precisely
  • Agile Methodology: Basic knowledge of Agile development processes is beneficial
