About the roleWe’re looking for a Product Manager fluent in Arabic and passionate about shaping the future of payments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You’ll own the product strategy and execution for our payment network integrations - working at the intersection of user experience, regulatory alignment, and infrastructure reliability.
This is a critical role as we expand across KSA. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to deliver seamless payment experiences - built for scale, speed, and trust.
What you'll do- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment systems and our integration partners from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Work closely with engineers and architects to help our customers integrate with their native accounting and HT management solutions and our banking partners.
- Analyze transaction-level data using SQL to identify anomalies, fraud patterns, or user pain points.
- Lead customer discovery and usability testing, especially for Arabic-speaking users and regional partners.
- Ensure alignment with payment schemes, regulatory frameworks, and compliance needs in KSA.Stay current on trends in regional payment protocols, infrastructure APIs, and relevant technologies.
What we are looking for
Must-haves
- Fluent in Arabic, proficient in English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
- Prior experience as a Product Manager in fintech, banking, or payments
- Strong knowledge of payment networks and transaction processing.
- Proficient in SQL - able to independently run analyses and troubleshoot edge cases
- Experience conducting UX research, customer interviews, and interpreting signals into product decisions
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

As a Product Analyst, you will report directly to the VP of product and design at Noon. You will be spending a lot of your time at the Noon school in Riyadh (currently located on campus of Al-Olayya private school). You will build deep empathy with our students and partner with other Noon functions to foster a vibrant community. You will use this empathy and active community to shape the product vision for the Noon school. This role is the first step in the Product Manager career track at Noon.
**Day-to-day, you will work on**:
- Uncovering deep and non-obvious insights about what students need, want, and fear.
- Communicating your findings in a fast and easy to consumer way with the entire company, and the product & engineering team specifically.
- Collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, and business operations leads to turn insights into hypotheses, and hypotheses into experiments that you’ll run on the school grounds.
- Measuring and evaluating the impact and outcomes of your solutions and iterating based on feedback and data.
**Ideally, you will have**:
- A Saudi national or someone who grew up in Saudi with a deep understanding of the local culture.
- A male - you’ll need to be physically present at an all-boys school in Riyadh.
- Fluent in English
- Highly emotionally intelligent - can quickly bond with high school students and gain their trust
- Passionate about technology and consumer-facing products, and can demonstrate that through personal projects, internships, or work experience.

Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements for the development team.
- Serve as the Product Owner (PO) for the Scrum team, aligning deliverables with customer priorities and effectively managing the product backlog.
- To specify software development requirements to meet the strategic, financial and operational needs of CHAMP Cargosystems clients and to provide support to the development team during development.
- Provide most efficient solutions to requirements keeping in mind the product and technical debt.
- Create user stories with the help of scrum team.
- Able to own the end-to-end business domain module and work with all stakeholders to agree a documented and efficient solution consisting of various functional and integration specifications.
- Able to lead a project from product delivery side from inception to go-live and leading various analysts and development team.
- Support and mentor other business analysts and development team in the development process.
- Apply technical and product knowledge to analyze requirements and define the most suitable solution for enhancement of the application.
- Fully document functional and technical solutions, obtain customer /stakeholder approval prior to technical development, ensuring updated system support documentation is produced during the implementation phase.
- Define the test cases and provide BA acceptance for developments and fixes done by development team.
- Create business process workflows, user interface designs and mock-ups that will mimic the actual user interaction with the digital site.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience of working on Air Cargo management systems and expert level knowledge in the domain the Air Cargo workflow (sales or operations)
- Knowledge of industry inter-system message formats, rules and applications
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and reporting applications
- Knowledge of all common PC software
- Knowledge of external interfacing systems

- Knowledge and experience in Agile software development, Scrum methodology and user story creation.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management
- Has sound experience in functional analysis and support of systems
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in the Air Cargo domain.

About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Analyst to join Tabby’s Loyalty team, driving how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You’ll analyze user behavior, define key loyalty metrics, and make insights accessible across the organization. Your work will include designing data structures, ensuring data quality, and creating dashboards and visualizations that empower teams to act fast.
What you’ll be doing- Build and refine loyalty metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Develop dashboards, data structures, data quality checks, and other solutions to make loyalty insights widely accessible.
- Translate business requirements and questions into clear analytical frameworks, generating hypotheses and actionable insights.
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to collaborate on strategic direction and ad hoc requests.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize loyalty features, offers, and user journeys.
- Create clear and engaging data visualizations and reports that make complex insights easy to understand.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/product analyst, ideally in consumer-facing digital products.
- Proven expertise in designing and running A/B tests, including sample size estimation, statistical methods, and interpreting results.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, Scipy, etc.).
- Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Experience in loyalty programs, CRM analytics, or customer retention strategies would be an advantage.
- Background in behavioral analytics and/or user segmentation is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business and product teams.
Relocation and Employment: We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
