**A.** **Duties/responsibilities**:
1. Serves one of the members of the procurement and subcontracts administration team who will be tasked with coordinating support for members within the Procurement and Subcontracts Department (PSD) in support of the U.S Government contract through the Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG)
2. Directly coordinates with the suppliers to initiate Request for Quotations/Proposals and analyze proposed pricing from potential suppliers.
3. Provides administrative support including, but not limited to, supplier reporting, metric data collection, status tracking and reporting, scheduling meetings with suppliers, taking meeting minutes, and file management.
4. Assists with closing out PO line items with receiving invoices from suppliers.
5. Works with internal customers to ensure specifications are appropriate for the services or products required.
6. Prepares Bid Analysis, Cost and Prices Analysis, USG consent packages, change orders, and administers subcontracts and purchases or other procurements through close-out as required.
7. Must be very customer service focused.
8. Must be very detailed oriented and must be pro-active.
9. Perform other procurement function related activities as may be assigned by the Manager, PSD.
