Machine Operation and Process Monitoring

• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and accurate manufacturing of nicotine pouches.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings and parameters to enhance production efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure that products meet quality specifications.

Quality Control

• Perform regular inspections and checks throughout the production process to ensure that all products adhere to established quality standards and specifications.
• Identify any deviations or defects in the production process and take corrective actions to rectify issues, maintaining high-quality output

Safety Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures strictly to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and adhere to safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that safety measures are continuously enforced and updated as necessary.

Maintenance Support

The Manufacturing Operator, aligned to the Fabrication area, is responsible for performing manufacturing processes in any combination of required tasks associated with the safe and efficient operation of the production line as it relates to producing water elements (membrane). Manufacturing Operator will be involved in multiple different phases of the production and will perform tasks as specified in written procedures to support the full production process; manufacturing/rolling, finishing, testing/packaging, and handling of materials.
