• Support key clients in their Digital Transformation journey by becoming their trusted partner.

• Win and close key Digital Transformation projects within each designated account, while achieving significant overall growth across the client portfolio.

Budgets and Plans: Contribute to budget planning and monitor financial performance so that the business is aware of cost and revenue forecasts, areas of underperformance, and opportunities for improvement

Strategy /Tactical : Be involved in short- and long-range growth strategies, preparing execution plans to achieve targets.

Operational Excellence: Monitor and apply market research, as well as industry best practices and emerging trends that can be applied to COMPANY’s.

People Development: Provide coaching to team members and peers to drive knowledge and understanding of the value of collaboration.

Track individual KPIs to ensure optimum output and delivery efficacy

Continuous Improvement: Motivate one’s team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs & projects that reflect international best practices and changes in the competitive environment.

Policies, Processes & Procedures: Recommend improvements and contribute to the implementation of procedures & controls so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering the highest quality of service to customers.

MIS & Reports: Prepare MIS statements and reports to meet the departments and COMPANY’s requirements, policies and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Social Science, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Experience with related advisory services, management, or technical consultancy
  • ITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in a client servicing or partner relationship role

**About this opportunity!**

We are looking for a Telecom Cyber Security Officer to provide support and advice regarding network security and security risk management within a defined operational scope in line with customer security policies. Establish and execute unit security plans for the unit of responsibility supporting the implementation of Ericsson’s Security policies and directives as well as customer security policies & guidelines fulfillment. Establish and manage local / unit governance structures to deal with crisis and security incidents. Provide a single point of contact for customers, partners, and staff for security issues and incidents.

**What you will do**
- Facilitate execution of and follow-up on security strategy, policies & instructions, governance model, and frameworks.
- Manage the organization's security needs in line with global, local, and customer requirements and processes, and ensure that local Security implementations comply.
- Support information security risk management.
- Manage security incidents in partnership with other units or customers as needed, and perform security incidents investigations.
- Facilitate and participate in knowledge sharing internally and help drive security awareness in the business.
- Support Crisis Management establishment and execution.
- Ensure physical security is up to the required level and assessed risks.
- Support external, internal, and customer audits.
- Shall align, prioritize, design, document, deploy, maintain, control, support, and improve processes/process components to secure effective and efficient process flows and governance. This covers all types of processes and their interfaces.
- Has interfaces to Process Owners, other Process Managers, Improvement Managers, unit managers, and others who execute the process in scope and/or utilize the process deliverables.
- Identify the need for adjustment of Ericsson’s processes to realize strategic objectives (process issue/idea).
- Identify, communicate and mitigate risks in the process.
- Define and evaluate process performance according to business goals and functionality requirements.
- Monitor and manage process compliance.
- Coordinate process releases.
- Monitor and manage the progress of improvement actions and secure that deviations in process performance are handled.
- Identify deviations from business goals or process compliance.
- Finalize process design by setting the “local customization” for each process within the defined scope.
- Conduct initiatives needed to establish local process capabilities to be able to handle deployment.
- Conduct initiatives needed for process deployment to phase out previous ways of working and ramp up new ways of working (i.e. both local and central initiatives.
- Develop process documentation, methods, instructions, and training material.
- Well aware of Telco Operational security policies including Baseline Security policy.
- Must have a good understanding of IT & network grade vulnerability scanners, reporting tools, and their usage.
- Must have knowledge of remote access methodology such as VPN.
- Must know authentication methods such as two factors authentication logic.
- Must know about PAM/AAA to access the network elements.
- Should be aware of PSIRT and other security announcement bodies.
- Well aware of the Change management process.
- Experienced in Project Management, PMP certified.
- Experienced in leading major telecom operations & network rollout projects.
- Good understanding of AI & Automation.
- Experienced in executing some digital transformation projects.
- Involved in pre-sales activities such as proposing managed services delivery models, and designing customer solutions.

**You will bring**
- Education: should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer sciences or equivalent.
- More than 7 years of experience in Security management.
- Domain Experience: Security domain area experience with telecom knowledge.
- CISA, CCIE, CISSP, or CISM, one or more preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 27000, Privacy, Risk Management, Information-, Personnel-, Physical Security, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management.
- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills.
- Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge.
- Risk Management Skills.
- Audit & Assessment Skills.
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks will be an added advantage.
