**Your tasks**:

This includes daily pricing regular tasks, communication with sales team.
- Prepare reports that enable pricing strategy to be developed and informed business decisions to be made. Implement the pricing standards for DHL services to all customer groups.
- Liaise with Area/Regional and Global team members to ensure the Pricing issues and GRE CMF cleansing process are properly led, implemented and maintained.
- As pricing analyst, role serves as the key point of contact for all GRE and Pricing owners for customer concern and issue resolution in a timely manner.
- Lead the deadline in order to finish the task in time.
**GRE CMF Cleansing**:
- Tariff extraction through TET and IBS.
- Alignment of weight increment profile between the products
- Missing geography and aligned as per GRE country standard zoning.
- Clear and align negative weight breaks.
- Cleansing of CPA grouping with the coordination of team members.
- Invalid service and surcharges.
- Alignment of adders and multiplier at product level.
- Incomplete 3C Int’l and domestic matrix.
- Alignment of misaligned rate between the weight breaks and products. All above will be in coordination with Senior Pricing Analyst.
**Perform Pricing Activities**:
- Processing and managing of GSRT (Global Spot rate Tool)
- Implementation of GPI with the close coordination with sales and KULSSC team and strong follow up on GPI exemption
- Creation of Standard tariff
- Creation of Special tariff
- Handle independently Global and local RFQ and liaise with sales for follow-up and complete within the agreed time.
- Implementation of Global pack Manual spot rate request for 3rd Party shipments
- Adhoc request for local RFQ’s including rate extraction from TET
- Coordinate with sales and KULSSC team for S & S exemptions including FS
- Ensure all new products are accurately incorporated into all IBS and IAS reporting streams.
- Provide adhoc customer revenue reporting as requested by management & sales.
- Assist with the implement the agreed strategic pricing initiatives both at a macro level (rate card, contracts, etc.) and micro level (new business review, leading loss makers, etc.).
- GWEB (Billing/Correction Form/ Rate update request Processing Tool).
- Close coordination with Sales Analyst.
