**Requirements**:
A **presale agent** supports customers by following up to ensure that they are updated regarding the latest Syarah offers, is ready to answer any questions that may arise, and at the end of the day, he/she is the one responsible for closing sales deals with the customer.

1. Following up with potential or existing customers to inform them about our offers and services

2. Answer questions about products or the company

3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

4. Enter and update customer information in the database

5. Take and process orders in an accurate manner

6. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

7. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target
- What do we require?_

1. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

2. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

5. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

6. Experience in Saudi market will be a plus

Job Requirements

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including creating quotations and other sales-related documents.

  • Create technical submittals for customers.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales/design team to ensure that all customer quotations are processed in a timely manner.

Reports Development

  • Handle the matters with IT and service provider.
  • Proficient use of BI / Advance Excel in order to turn data into meaningful information (by applying Pivot table, X/H/Vlookups, LOGIC, SUMIFS, Countif, MIN/MAX formulae)

Projects

  • Initiate and manage process automation projects
  • Initiate and manage digital transformation projects.
