Power Plant Manager

• Direct all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure high availability and reliability of plant assets. Oversee mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams to support safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure effective use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) for planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of all maintenance activities.
• Lead the assets registrations activities to ensure proper assets system registry.
• Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture by enforcing compliance with regulations, conducting regular audits, and leading by example in safe work practices.
• Act as the first point of contact in front of the power plant operations and client communications.

• 15 to 20 years of extensive maintenance experience in power plants maintenance.
• A bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Proven expertise in leading and managing large workforces.
• Experience in gas turbines, generators, and electrical systems.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations and objectives.
• Experience in maintenance CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), preferably SAP.
• Comprehensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with industry standards.
• Familiarity with maintenance and business KBIs to drive performance and achieve contractual deliverables effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of contractual frameworks, terms, and conditions to ensure seamless contract execution and client satisfaction.

• Experience in Siemens turbines.
• SAP Certification or formal training in CMMS tools.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP).
• Training or certification in turbines maintenance.
• Nationality: Saudi, Middle Eastern, European, or Asian.
• Capable of leading a workforce of 50 to 80 personnel.

Overview

Carrying out Engineering and Airworthiness requirements relating to aircraft engines and APUs. This includes liaising with internal departments, external manufacturers and subcontracted MROs on all matters relating to the required Power plant engineering.

• Participating in the technical evaluation, purchase and lease of engines and APU’s.
• Managing engines leasing accounts and monitor end-of-lease requirements, including maintenance reserves
• Engines and APU’s SV Cost Control including warranty claims, maintenance reserves and budgeting
• Participating in the technical evaluation for engines and APU’s maintenance and lease contracts
• Fleet management - Manage All engines and APUs in the fleet
• Support Aircraft redelivery team to resolving queries

• Periodically obtain and evaluate for all AD’s, SB’s for engines and APU’s. and define them in AMOS
• Review engine trend monitoring, oil consumption and engine history in case of issued CNRs /advisories and Pilot/MCC reports on engine /APU issues
• Forecasting the removal plans for all engines and APU’s on weekly basis .
• Preparation of shop visit work scopes for engines and APU’s. and monitor SV progress till completion.
• Liaison with aircraft manufacturer/OEM regarding any issue.
• Reviewing Engines & APU’s SV documentation, AD/SB Status, LLP data, LLP Back to Birth documentation, analyzing engine trend data to establish the condition of the engines. Ensure all the data in the AMOS related to engines and APU is entered correctly.

• In charge of a design team composed by different specialist of each discipline with the aim to develop the physical layout of the plant
• Responsible to assure that all design activities are developed according to the technical requirement

Skills
