**Principal Objective**:
The Project Analyst will provide administrative assistance and office support to ensure effective operation of the Division. Provide technical office support, improve filing systems and electronic controlling processes.

**Organizational Relationship**:
Report to the Director, Business Development Department. Interfaces with other Sections and departments. Completed work is reviewed by members of the JCPDI.

**Major Activities Performed**:

- Support the department with the analysis of project data to produce insights into performance optimization.
- Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
- Type correspondence, prepare reports, forms etc. as required using a computerized word-processing/spread sheet system.
- Proofread data and typewritten reports and fix the format, spelling and punctuation when necessary.
- Prepares presentation as required using MS PowerPoint and other graphic software that can enhance the appearance of the presentation.
- Maintain records/data filing systems related to documents (Action Items, etc.) of JCPDI for easy retrieval, and prepare status reports periodically as required.
- Perform administrative liaison functions between other sections of the JCPDI.
- Receive, log documents and perform the required distribution.
- Attend telephone calls and take down messages when necessary.
- Maintaining and regularly updating of JCPDI’s Organizational Chart.
- Controlling and regular requisition of office supplies for consumption JCPDI.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, document controlling, administration, support and secretarial works.
- Ability to prepare project’s reports, organization structure, flow charts, schedules and action plans.
- Strong knowledge of computer Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint presentation and data processing software.

Your key responsibilities

You will be required to demonstrate a deep understanding of capital project/program funding, financing and delivery mechanisms at the local, state, and national levels to support analysis of client projects and provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams on large projects. Developing and mentoring junior team members will also be a key part of your role.

Skills and attributes for success

Individuals with a good Knowledge of public-private partnerships (PPP), concessions and acquisition and project financing structures will do well in this role. Project Financing knowledge, with an understanding of project financial modelling and financing markets, would be highly valued and the understanding of economic or social infrastructure procurement and delivery.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor’s/Masters degree with at least 10+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects with proven project management skills
  • Experience in feasibility studies and/or structuring project financing transactions and/or procurements and the commercial aspects of the associated documentation
  • Proven quantitative analytical capabilities; ability to build market-accepted financial models is preferred.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills with the ability to solve unstructured problems.
  • Outstanding communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to develop professionally in the infrastructure finance and policy sector.

Ideally, you’ll also have

II. POSITION SUMMARY

III. Principal Accountabilities

This position is accountable for the following:

  1. Collect and manage EHS data from various sources including incident reports, safety inspections, compliance audits, and observation registers.
  2. Analyze EHS data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.

  4. Track the close-out of actions through Aman.
  5. Participate in RCA’s when requested.

  8. Utilize data analysis tools and software to manage and analyze EHS data effectively.

  11. Train staff and contractors on data collection and reporting procedures as needed.
  12. Stay current on local, national, and international EHS regulations to ensure accurate reporting.
  13. Participate in EHS meetings and present data analysis findings.
  14. Familiarize with all BSP tools and use them.
  15. Attend EHS meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
  16. Support contractors in monitoring their Action Tracking Registers.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path within BCG's Travel, Cities and Infrastructure Practice Area , you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized BCG Vantage assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage , you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise .

Specifically, you will be part of the Travel, Transport Infrastructure and Leisure sector where you will support Transportation Infrastructure topics. The TTL - Transport Infrastructure team works with clients ranging from airports, port s and railways on a wide variety of topics including infrastructure development, operations, and funding. This role will focus on i nvestment attraction, public private partnerships, project finance, financial structures and other components related to the pre- i mplementation phases of transportation Infrastructure development.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Applying a financial and strategic lens to infrastructure challenges particularly around public-private partnerships (PPPs), project finance, foreign direct investment, commercial due diligence and investment models and attraction

  • Building and maintaining complex financial models across asset classes with an ability to translate into takeaways and digestible client materials
