Sr. Project Finance Analyst

II. POSITION SUMMARY
Working from the Project Office, to support the Project Execution team. The incumbent will interact with
the Site team to collate EH&S data for analysis.
The incumbent is responsible for establishing databases that provide an opportunity to track all EH&S
incident data at the Project.
The incumbent is expected to have good knowledge of EH&S throughout all phases of construction and
commissioning.

III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following:
1. Collect and manage EHS data from various sources including incident reports, safety inspections,
compliance audits, Observation register.
2. Analyse EHS data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.
3. Support the development and implementation of safety campaigns.
4. Track the close-out of actions through Aman.
5. Participate in RCA’s when requested.
6. Generate regular reports (Monthly, Quarterly / Annual) on EHS performance, including incident
rates, compliance levels, and progress towards EHS goals.
7. Work closely with other EHS staff to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
8. Utilize data analysis tools and software to effectively manage and analyze EHS data.
9. Assist in the development of EHS policies and procedures based on data analysis.
10. Support EHS audits and inspections by providing necessary data and analysis.
11. Train other staff and contractor on data collection and reporting procedures as necessary.
12. Stay current on local, national, and international EHS regulations to ensure accurate reporting.
13. Participate in EHS meetings and present data analysis findings.
14. Be familiar with all BSP tools and use them.
15. Attend EH&S meeting’s and prepare MoM.
16. Support the Contractor in monitoring their Action Tracking Registers.
17. Support training and awareness campaigns.
18. Update on the information on the EHS board.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Environmental Science, Data Science, Occupational Safety, or
related field.
2. English language capability – reading and writing (reading, writing, & speaking).
3. Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
4. Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
5. Proficiency in data analysis software and tools such as SAP-EM, Qliksense, MS-Forms and Excel.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

+ Serve as link between business and development teams for pre auth, claims, customer care, and regulatory projects.
+ Work with external project teams, including service providers (e.g., ELM, MASDR) and regulators (e.g., CHI, InsuranceAuthority), to deliver high quality BRDs.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and align business processes with client needs.
+ Experience with regulatory changes on regulated systems and services (e.g., Nphies, Najim, CHI upload, TAHAQAQ, Yakeen) - Preferable
+ Expedite bug fixes during business testing by coordinating with development teams and reporting on critical issues.
+ Business Process Flows: Expertise in designing clear and detailed business process flows to optimize operations, enhance system functionality, and guide cross functional teams.
+ Technical Proficiency: knowledge in project management tools and agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban and Confluence
+ Ensure all assigned projects are updated promptly and accurately in the internal project management
+ Share regular status reports with IT management stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
+ Report business feedback to internal teams and propose actionable improvements to enhance project outcomes.
+ Support new joiners by providing guidance on systems, processes, and business analysis activities.
+ Ensure assigned projects are delivered within agreed timelines of the agile delivery team and meets the enterprise quality standards.

You will be supporting the day-to-day activities of our Supply Chain Command Center. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data-driven analysis or the Project Management Office within the dynamic environment of healthcare logistics.

**A Day in the Life**

We are looking for inters to support in one of the two job profiles:
Project Coordination support
- Working within all stages of project management
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans
- Attending and participating in stakeholder meetings Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

Business Analyst support
- Monitoring and analyzing real-time data related to supply chain operations dashboard
- Contributing to the development of insightful recommendations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the Command Center to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Working closely with technology teams to gather business requirements for Command Center tools and technologies. Maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating the effectiveness of Command Center operations.

**Must Haves**
- A bachelor’s degree and pursuing further university education in Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Health Sciences or related fields.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is required
- Based in Riyadh
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management

**Internship/ Program details**:

- Start date: March.
- Duration: 6 months
- Based in Riyadh
