**Organizational Relationship**:
Report to the Director, Business Development Department. Interfaces with other Sections and departments. Completed work is reviewed by members of the JCPDI.
**Major Activities Performed**:
- Support the department with the analysis of project data to produce insights into performance optimization.
- Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
- Type correspondence, prepare reports, forms etc. as required using a computerized word-processing/spread sheet system.
- Proofread data and typewritten reports and fix the format, spelling and punctuation when necessary.

- Attend telephone calls and take down messages when necessary.
- Maintaining and regularly updating of JCPDI’s Organizational Chart.
- Controlling and regular requisition of office supplies for consumption JCPDI.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, document controlling, administration, support and secretarial works.
- Ability to prepare project’s reports, organization structure, flow charts, schedules and action plans.

Your key responsibilities

Individuals with a good Knowledge of public-private partnerships (PPP), concessions and acquisition and project financing structures will do well in this role. To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor’s/Masters degree with at least 10+ years of related work experience.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects with proven project management skills
- Experience in feasibility studies and/or structuring project financing transactions and/or procurements and the commercial aspects of the associated documentation
- Proven quantitative analytical capabilities; ability to build market-accepted financial models is preferred.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path within BCG's Travel, Cities and Infrastructure Practice Area , you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized BCG Vantage assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.
You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage , you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise .
Specifically, you will be part of the Travel, Transport Infrastructure and Leisure sector where you will support Transportation Infrastructure topics. The TTL - Transport Infrastructure team works with clients ranging from airports, port s and railways on a wide variety of topics including infrastructure development, operations, and funding. This role will focus on i nvestment attraction, public private partnerships, project finance, financial structures and other components related to the pre- i mplementation phases of transportation Infrastructure development.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Applying a financial and strategic lens to infrastructure challenges particularly around public-private partnerships (PPPs), project finance, foreign direct investment, commercial due diligence and investment models and attraction
Building and maintaining complex financial models across asset classes with an ability to translate into takeaways and digestible client materials
Understanding investor perspectives, with the ability to assess key considerations of institutional investors (e.g., BlackRock, Macquarie) and development finance institutions, particularly in emerging markets
Operating comfortably in a client-facing role, managing demanding internal and external clients in a time-limited and problem-solving environment
Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches related to transportation infrastructure
Communicating with case teams and clients team members, in a credible and confident way
Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
Being flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
Being a self-starter with strong, flexible work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and independently in a global and multicultural team.
What You'll Bring
2+ years of consulting experience in relevant transport infrastructure and project finance or investment required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations
Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
