Technical Mastery

Your Impact
- The supervisor manages resources and activities devoted to installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power generating and control systems. The supervisor will have knowledge of: Principles of electronics and electricity including generation, conversion, transformation, distribution, and utilization; types, capacity, and purpose of low/medium voltage circuits, circuit breakers, switches, fuses, regulators, relays, instruments, and meters associated with electric generation and distribution; interpreting instrument and meter readings; wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings and technical publications; techniques of operating and maintaining internal combustion engines, generators, generating plants, distribution panels, and accessory equipment; use and purpose of test equipment; safety rules and practices; environmental policies; principles of management; and operation and repair of electrical power production systems.
- This discipline is responsible for continuous power production and supervision of power production technicians during their shift.
- This discipline attends meetings as required for projects or investigative/project development tasking.

Required Qualifications
- Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
- Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization.
- Must satisfy the pre-deployment medical requirements for CENTCOM prior to OCONUS mobilization and must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis.
- Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.

You should be prepared to take responsibility for tracking the attendance and work flow of that team and work alongside the Shift Manager to highlight and rectify issues as they arise.
Key job responsibilities
– Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
– Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
– Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
– Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
