Requirements:

1. Comprehensive Pilates Certification
2. Pre & Post natal pilates
3. Minimum 2 years experience in Reformer pilates, Pilates tower, Mat Pilates
4. English speaking (minimum conversational level)
5. The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, friendly, energetic, caring, and knowledgeable in the practice

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Each instructor will have 4 classes per day and will program for creative, energetic, full body workouts with the use of the Allegro 2 Reformer/ Mega Pro, keeping it dynamic each time and using fun playlists to match the setting.
2. The class will consist of 5 ladies in each concept and will be 50 minutes (5 mins warmup, 5 mins cooldown, 40 minutes full body workout).
3. Each concept will have beginner, intermediate, advanced levels. Reformer will also have a stretch class.
4. Personal training will be introduced once instructors have settled in and gotten to know the clients and will be commission based.
5. The studio will operate Saturday-Thursday. Saturdays will be rotation between instructors ensuring a day off at a time for each. We will run 4 classes from full-time instructors starting at 12 pm, then a part-timer will continue afternoon to evening.

**Guest Experience & Instruction:**

**Qualifications:**
