You would be required to teach IGCSE & A Level Physics to Grades 7-12

• Bachelors Degree + PGCE/QTS
• At least 3 years' relevant teaching experience post qualification

• Basic salary up to 23000SAR TAX FREE per month dependent on experience (£4500 / $6100)

Responsibilities

· Adhere and enforce standards of professional behaviour, dress and performance as defined by Company policy.

· Develop an environment that encourages independent learning and upholds a military ethos.

· Ensure all technical instructions are undertaken in accordance with the documented Policies, Procedures and Processes contained within the Management of Training System (MTS).

· Utilise the Training Management information System (TMIS) to maintain accurate training records.

· Raise reports on the performance of individual cadets and classes to support Senior Management reporting, Academic and Review Boards.

· Ensure all company mandated training be completed.

· Ensure compliance with SHE Policy and Processes developing and promoting a SHE culture within the immediate working environment.

· Undertake any other reasonable and appropriate duties as directed by Senior Management.

· Teach mathematics and physics up to Saudi High School Science equivalence.

· Deliver the practical components of the course by means of demonstration and direction of cadets in practical laboratory exercises.

· Utilise such training aids as are available to maximise efficiency of training.

· Produce training support materials - including curriculum, training objectives, syllabuses, course plans, and assessment and evaluation methods - to satisfy customer’s training requirements

· Conduct cadet assessment and evaluation exercises and implement remedial action as required.

· Plan, control and deliver assigned courses, and contribute support to cross-discipline courses/ investigations; ensuring requirements are delivered to plan.

· To counsel students with regard to their academic performance or behaviour as required.

· Well motivated, adaptable and flexible to enable the job holder to operate in highly complex technical environment, where the integration of a wide range of skills is necessary to ensure the prime objectives are met with the minimum of supervision.

· To keep abreast of developments in his subject and be willing to attend staff development courses as required by the RSAF or Company.

Job Requirements:

· A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.

· A teaching qualification, such as BEd or PGCE with a Mathematics/Physics bias or government recognition as a Teacher.

· At least two (2) years recent (within the last six (6) years) experience of teaching Mathematics or Physics.

· A valid IELTS certificate (gained in the last two (2) years) showing a minimum overall score of 5.0 with speaking and listening band scores at 5.0 when recruited.

· Proven interpersonal skills to support interaction, negotiation and counselling with a wide spectrum of cultures, status levels and capabilities.

· Excellent knowledge of training methodologies, analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of training solutions and a proven ability to successfully perform within a technical training environment.

· An ability to think analytically and provide solutions to complex problems.
