Job Summary
Our esteemed client in the healthcare industry is hiring a talented General Dentist to join our team. Who can make patients comfortable and be able to clearly explain any issues or concerns patients have about their teeth and oral health. Having experience in a wide variety of disciplines, from oral surgery to endodontics, is crucial to being able to identify different dental problems and conditions. Previous work in community outreach is a plus. You must have a degree from an accredited dental program, board certification, and a current state license.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine check-ups and maintenance procedures
- Diagnose oral issues in patients
- Offer and inform patients about cosmetic procedures
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations
General Dentist Requirements and Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with a wide variety of dental services
- Experience with treatment planning
- Communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
Planning & Monitoring Process:
- Report on the performance of each specialty and per doctor.
- Allocate proper housing for each doctor's clinic, while maintaining a good utilization of time and spaces.
- Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals
- Plans the operating schedule for the OPD clinics (working hours / specialty / physician) and related slotting and housing, OPD closure in relation to OR time / specialty& /physician and make sure all physicians have met their agreed OPD working hours.
- Responsible for making sure all the specialties in the OPD clinics are covered on daily basis.
- Monitors closely Doctors’ performance, ensures ongoing feedback and takes needed corrective actions to improve performance resulting in improving OPD outcomes.
Operational Excellence Process:
- Responsible for the compliance of Exclusive Doctors with attendance policy in terms of fulfilling agreed OPD working hours and compliance to agreed OPD schedule.
- Minimizes and manages -in case of occurrence
- doctors’ delay, clinics modification and cancellation ensuring the least compromise on patients’ interest and satisfaction.
- Ensures implementation of corrective actions and decisions regarding managing doctors’ performance and works continuously on improving quality of corrective actions taken, to ensure their success and impact on improving doctors’ performance.
- Manages referral cycle ensuring achieving referrals targets including referrals to hospital units, cross referrals between clinics, pharmacy referrals and ensures requested referrals are done on ground.
- Suggests process, system and policies development based on deep awareness of operations challenges.
- Coordinates with the marketing teams for outdoor visits for Exclusive Doctors and make sure all shifts are covered.
- Responsible for covering some specialties through OPD working hours if theirs is a deficit by other doctors from the same specialty
- Responsible for call center analysis to reach to the top doctors that no need for marketing and corporate sales activates and for others who need to work on it
- Conducts monthly staff meetings with the care team
- Attend departmental meetings and stay up to date on all business initiatives related to the clinic
Customer Satisfaction Process:
- Maintains a continuous customer satisfaction level to all patients by preventing or handling their complaints either Official or unofficial.
- Cooperate and collaborate with doctors, patients, nursing, technicians, coordinators, receptionists, customer service agents, medical director, marketing managers to ensure quality service rendered.
- Enhance customers and doctors' satisfaction by assisting in handling complaints, concerns and suggestions and providing appropriate follow-through.
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
- Reviews patient experience reports, patient complaints reports and investigations, patients’ comments on social media, and takes needed courses of action to rectify defects in process to maintain maximal patients’ satisfaction levels.
- Ensure OPD documentation in aspects of compliance and quality of documentation
Innovation Process:
- Build loyalty through customer service.
- Redefine evaluation criteria for customer service.
**Job Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Medicine.
- 0 - 2 Experience in Hospital Management.
- preferred Jeddah residents
- Ready to join ASAP.
