- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and supply chain, to support product launches, promotional activities, and market access initiatives. Ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Compliance and Ethical Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in interactions with customers, stakeholders, and competitors.
- Bachelor's Pharmaceutical Science, Veterinary Medicine, life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management in a multinational company (Only Multinational Experience), with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and build strong customer relationships.
