Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Sales Representative with 5–8 years of proven field experience in both private and public hospitals, as well as OTC on-hand sales. The ideal candidate should have an established customer network and a strong background in selling consumable medical products.
Responsibilities- Lead sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
- Launch new products by establishing, maintaining, and developing strong customer relationships.
- Manage warehouse inventory and ensure timely delivery of products through the entire sales cycle.
- Conduct regular visits to private and public hospitals, pharmacies, and related domains to generate leads, market products, and perform field engagement.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.
- Provide regular market feedback and customer follow-ups with new and existing clients.
- Utilize CRM software for documentation, visit logs, and KOL/customer details.
- Handle client issues and provide hands-on product training when required.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant field sales experience in medical consumables (e.g., Securement Devices, Wound Care, Infusion Therapy, Anesthesia & Respiratory, Personal Hygiene, Pain Management, OTC products).
- Nursing or Paramedic qualification with a ready-to-go sales network.
- Valid driving license and own car.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
